My rental period ends today, and I urgently need to keep the vehicle for an additional two days while my claim is still being resolved. I contacted customer service at 5:40 PM for assistance, but I was unable to get a proper response. My call was disconnected without my issue being resolved, and I did not receive the support I needed. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expect better communication and customer service, especially when dealing with an active claim and transportation needs. Please review this matter urgently and provide me with an immediate update regarding my rental extension. Thank you for your prompt attention.

- CSCarlos SuarezJun 4, 20261.0Do not use this enterprise location. We reserved Standard SUV Chevrolet equinox 6 weeks in advance. When we get to the location they gave us a tucson Hyundai. The car size almost worked for our 3 medium luggage and 3 small carry-on. But the car was filthy and smelled like if someone had sprayed the full car with Worcester sause. Imagen we drove from St Augustine fl to Mami 6 hrs with this disgusting overwhelming smell. It is not fair that you reserve with enough time and pay for a vehicle that is supposed to be clean and safe. These employees do not care for the companies service and reputation. Keep away from these people.
