  Always a great experience when renting from Enterprise, no matter which location I'm renting from ( last 3 times from the Bozard Ford location ). Good job!

  This was the BEST Enterprise experience i have had, from a variety of locations. The differentiating factor was JACK, it makes such an enormous difference in experience, when you have a representative who clearly enjoys their work and interacting with people, his enthusiasm and positive energy is exceptional. Clone him !

  Enterprise delivered my rental to the collision repair center and I was able to leave the car after the repairs were complete. The staff was very friendly and provided updates during the rental period.

  The staff are great! Very communicative. We had a small issue with the vehicle and they were responsive and helpful. Pick up and drop off went very smoothly.

  The only place I will rent a car from ! Excellent customer service ( which is hard to find anymore ) and fast ! They had me in and out in less than 20 minutes! The nice lady even helped me pair my phone to the Bluetooth in the car, so that I can play my music from on my phone and also took the time to show me the basics of the car. I had to rent a car while mine went to the body shop after being hit in a parking lot freak auto accident. I had called around to many of their other locations trying to find a rental car that I requested ( I wanted to upgrade to the BMW M3 ). Couldn't find one anywhere i was about to give up hope when I ended up calling them the afternoon of just to see if one had been returned and low , and behold, they had the very car ready for me to pick up later that afternoon ! Made me so happy! I received this beautiful brand new 2026 BMW today that I get to drive while my car is in the shop ! Car is very clean inside and out ! I'm going to hate to give it up! :>) Thank you Enterprise!
