The only place I will rent a car from ! Excellent customer service ( which is hard to find anymore ) and fast ! They had me in and out in less than 20 minutes! The nice lady even helped me pair my phone to the Bluetooth in the car, so that I can play my music from on my phone and also took the time to show me the basics of the car.
I had to rent a car while mine went to the body shop after being hit in a parking lot freak auto accident. I had called around to many of their other locations trying to find a rental car that I requested ( I wanted to upgrade to the BMW M3 ). Couldn't find one anywhere i was about to give up hope when I ended up calling them the afternoon of just to see if one had been returned and low , and behold, they had the very car ready for me to pick up later that afternoon ! Made me so happy! I received this beautiful brand new 2026 BMW today that I get to drive while my car is in the shop ! Car is very clean inside and out ! I'm going to hate to give it up! :>) Thank you Enterprise!

I don’t write reviews like this lightly, I was a frequent Enterprise customer in Annapolis, MD for years and never had a single problem. This location is a different story entirely.
Three days ago I returned a rental and called the branch about 30 minutes later to report I had accidentally left a brand new garage door opener clipped to the visor. The manager I spoke with confirmed she would pull it from the vehicle and hold it for me. No problem, she said.
Fast forward to today. I had a new reservation for 11 AM, but I was delayed due to a genuine home emergency… a toilet flood that’s displaced my family for 2.5 weeks while our floors are being professionally remediated.
My 13-year-old, my dog, and I Ubered over ($50) with our bags because we literally have nowhere to stay right now.
Two things happened when I arrived:
1. My garage door opener was gone. The manager told me she accidentally gave it away to another customer. A BRAND NEW opener. That I reported 30 minutes after drop-off. That she promised to hold. The desk employee responded to my inquiry by dropping a box of about 50 unclaimed garage door openers in front of me without saying a word… apparently expecting me to sort through it myself.
2. My reservation had been canceled and the car given away. Staff said they called and left a voicemail. I checked my phone right there: no missed call, no voicemail, no email. Nothing.
When you’re a family displaced from your home dealing with a flooding emergency, showing up to find out your car is gone and you can’t get one, with no meaningful warning is not acceptable.
No solution was offered. No vehicle, no apology worth noting, no accountability. I paid for another Uber to go to Hertz.
I’ve reported this to corporate and the BBB.
I’m sharing it here so other customers know what to expect from this specific location.
UPDATE: After the garage door opener incident and my first reservation being canceled with zero notice, Enterprise corporate made a second reservation on my behalf due to our family's displacement from a home flooding emergency. I received written confirmation at 5:02PM — confirmation number 2095916825. I arrived thirteen minutes later at 5:15PM. The moment Branch Manager Kelsey Walsh saw it was me at the counter, she told me the vehicle was no longer available. A confirmed reservation. Thirteen minutes old. Denied on sight. I have now filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. To "Lisa" who responded — I have already contacted corporate. A case is open. What I need is accountability from this specific branch and its franchise owner, not another contact form.

We've rented from Enterprise for years and this location has always been friendly and professional. When our reservation had issues they'd call and help us solve the problem. Great people!

I needed a rental car while my own vehicle was getting some body work taken care of. Enterprise dropped the car off at the repair shop and the fellow doing the drop off gave me a quick tour of the Rogue and its features. The rental was spotlessly clean. Returning the car was done right at the repair shop. The whole process was seamless and easy. Used Enterprise before, will definitely use them again.
YUCK!!! I will never rent from this location again! The car was soo nasty!! Never again!!!
