    I had such a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Alex & William. They were incredibly helpful from start to finish by quickly installing a new battery, taking care of the old one, and making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I came in already not having the best  day and also needing to be somewhere but being met with their positive, customer-focused attitude honestly made a difference. They also took the time to properly diagnose and confirm that my battery dead. It’s not every day you come across that level of genuine service. I truly appreciate their help and would absolutely recommend this location because of these gentlemen.

    Fil and Mike left poor Allen, a younger employee to tackle not 1 but 2 guest on the front counter. I have initially called the store to see if anybody could come out to help me because it was starting to drizzle but the young man had someone in front of his computer. I am presently on crutches. I went in I got the least expensive wiper blade. No one came to the front to help Alan. When I asked Mr Phil if he could put on my wiper blade he says no someone will be here in a moment I'm a delivery driver. However he did not have a delivery. 2 to 3 minutes later Mr Mike came out; I stood in front of one of the computers. He said yes, can I help you? With a very unpleasant demeanor. I said yes I need to pay for this wiper blade and I would like for someone to put it on. Mr Mike responded well this young man is going to have to do it for you because I'm in a boot. I say yes sir however it works out I'm just in a lot of pain and I need to head back to my car if all possible. Mr Mike replied yeah so, I also am in a lot of pain. Being that I was being treated unpleasant and as a female on crutches. I asked for my wiper blade I had to install it myself It began to rain, and another customer actually helped me open the door because I was having trouble opening the door with my crutches. Moments after the customer opened the door for me, Mr Mike said he couldn't come outside because he had a boot and he was outside helping Alan install wiper blades for the other customer. I explained that I was not from Florida that I needed help. And they did nothing to help me. Allen was left alone on the front counter with now 3 customers. Mike and Phil both absolutely no great customer service at all. It would have only taken a moment to come out and put the wiper blade on and I had to do it myself with crutches and in the rain.
