- AJAdrienne Johnson4 days ago1.0I came in on Sunday Aug 30th, looking for a 12.9 grade bolt. I walked in and as the guy working if they had that type of bolt. He said he don't think so but went to go look. As we are both looking he says we don't carry a 12.9 grade bolt. I said well I called earlier in the week and the lady said that you guys do carry it. He then yells to the lady at the desk to ask her did she tell anyone on the phone that we have a 12.9 grade bolt. She said no and he proceeded to ask again and she said no. No he is making seem or showing me that I am lying. Secondly, they is a tag that says 12.9 grade bolts. I show it to him and he tells me, Oh that just a tag they put up there. He continues to say I have been working here a long long time and have never seen that type of bolt. I continue to look and guess what, the bolts are on the other side of the rack, he says Oh they must of just put that there. I just look. First of all rude to try and show a customer is lying. He didn't bother to look it up online but wanted to send me to ace without going thru all his resources for the sell. I just open a warehouse here in St. Augustine and already sent thousands setting up. I was coming in to setup a account but that was uncalled for, unprofessional and just rude all around. That is not away to have some like that in customer service. Bas experience over all and it did not feel good leaving that place.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
