  I recently brought my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado to Grease Monkey for an oil change, and I had a great experience. My appointment was scheduled for 11 AM, and they started servicing my vehicle right away; no waiting at all. They offered several service options, including a tire rotation, inspection, and oil change, which made it easy to choose what I needed. The staff was friendly and professional, the office was clean, and the service was quick and efficient. I especially appreciated the extra touch of having snacks and drinks available while I waited. I typically take my vehicles to the dealership, but after this experience, I’ll definitely be coming back to Grease Monkey. Highly recommend making an appointment; it made the whole process seamless. Thanks again for the courteous and excellent service!

  Grease Monkey and Damian are great. I take my vehicle in for regular maintenance and they always complete the work quickly and their prices are very reasonable. The thing I really like is that they don't try to upsell me any unneeded services and they don't find something mysteriously wrong every time I bring in my car (like several other places do). They are able to troubleshoot and fix other issues I have brought them and for a very fair price. I very much recommend them.

  Update: After my initial review, the business contacted me but refused reimbursement and continues to insist I bring the vehicle back for further inspection. I paid $3,087.65 for repairs, and my vehicle was in their possession from February 24 to March 17 (over three weeks). When it was returned, multiple issues remained unresolved on parts that were billed as replaced, including active oil leaks and a leaking CV axle. I returned the vehicle the following day for the same oil leak and was told the drain plug was replaced, but the leak persisted. I have since obtained an independent inspection confirming that multiple services I was charged for were not performed and/or cannot be verified, along with additional issues identified after their repair, including damage consistent with improper installation. Despite this, the business has refused reimbursement and is only offering to re-inspect the vehicle. I am now pursuing this through formal complaints and small claims. I paid $3,087.65 for repairs that, according to a licensed mechanic’s written inspection, were not completed. My vehicle was in the shop for over three weeks, and I was charged for a CV axle replacement, tire replacement, and tire services that were not actually performed. The vehicle is still leaking oil. They also missed repairs like the serpentine belt and wheel bearings. If said work was actually done they wouldn’t have missed the wheel bearings, and serpentine belt while they had the engine apart and while apparently replacing the left front CV/axel. Which I would have happily paid for. I have reached out to the business to resolve this and have received no response. This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I would not trust this shop without verifying all work independently.
