  Everyone at this shop was great. They diagnosed my car and called me at every step to keep me updated. Did the repairs that were needed without trying to upsell other repairs. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and honest. It’s great to have such a good shop in the neighborhood.

  Unethical to the max. 2 out of 2 times here and both times they tried to take advantage of me for a LOT of money. They don’t know I have a family of mechanics to check what they say against and both times they tried to upsell me on parts and labor I didn’t not at all need, second time it was for over $600. My opinion is this shop is unethical to the max and WILL TRY to pad your repair bill selling you parts, labor and telling you issues they are not totally true abs their parking lot is full of people that don’t know any better - which pisses me off deeply. Our community is NOT built this way and word is getting out ! Hurting people is not the right way to boost your sales Grease Monkey ! Only go to this places as a last resort beware January 2026 and June 2026 visits (no details given since they have my name but these were big “fake” repairs)

  DISHONEST recommendations = business revenue. Be aware of this business… my Sister visited this location with a slight shake in her front tires. After several HOURS, they ‘recommended’ that she needed all (4) tires at $1,200 as they were ‘end of life’ tires and needed to be sourced. After a quick trip to A&A (next door) their technician informed her that the EXISTING tires were in no way ‘end of life’, put balancing weights on (there were none on the wheels), and all drive perfectly for $20 out the door. OUCH. Trying to take advantage a semi-retired female is the LOWEST way to try to move their sales goals, IMO.
