  SO nice and efficient! Hari was great at receiving our car and then explaining the process. I got my car back faster than first quoted. The car looks great. I appreciate their work greatly!

  I left a review on my initial repair I had done two years ago, the work I had done was great but when they gave the car back after the repair, they failed to let me know that they broke my door handle, I could tell something was up because they guy showing the car was visibly nervous and hurried through the process. When I got home and used the door handle on the side the damage was on, the handle fell off in pieces in my hand. I called them and they said they would order the part and have that fixed, months later, didn’t hear a word. I called back and asked to speak with the manager and he apologized and said he would order the part and have it fixed, two years later and nothing. I put up a review and I get a call from the new manager Ron and he apologized and said that was typical from the last manager they had and he would have this rectified for me. I brought the car in as requested so he can have a look and said he would have this fixed and squared away, that was on March 6th and guess what… crickets!!! Now I know he just wanted me to take the review down with no intentions to having my handle fixed. I will have it fixed someplace else Ron. So make sure when you get your vehicle back to look it over carefully because they will not make right whatever you may find after leaving.

  I was rear ended and my insurance company suggested me to take it to Gerber Collision & Glass. Isaiah was our contact and kept us informed from day one. Thank you guys for your excellent service and daily updates.

  Just got my car back from this place and the people that work there are super friendly,, welcoming and informative. My car was damaged due to a car accident, it had been with them for at least a month, they made sure to update me every step of the way. I didn't know they had a service that allowed me to leave my rental there and just grab my car and the rental place would pick it up with no charge. That made this transition even better. God forbid im in this situation again but if something happens to my car again I'll definitely come back to this place ❤️ I've added the damage to my car and the fixed car. And I'll also add the communication is great they let me know certain things on my car they couldn't replace but they'll put in a request for the insurance to replace it. The communication was great.
