  Ruskin, FL location: Very bad customer service. Two young white arrogant male front desk representatives displayed very negative demeanor with clients. I will keep their names anonymous because they know who they are. If you do not like working with people, then I suggest you work alone without human contact. Apparently your parents did not lead by example.

  Great experience renting from this location. It was a first and the team went above and beyond to make sure I received the car I was happy with and answered all of my question’s. Plenty of vehicle options, I borrowed a 26’ Santa Fe and it was in great condition. Pick up and return was super simple. Definitely recommend them! Best advice is to return on Mondays when you can hand the keys over in person to simplify the process. Thanks ya’ll!

  My wife reserved a car on a Monday, she couldn't make it there in time and called before they closed. She told them she would be there 1st thing in the morning, the person lied and said they open at 9am when their hours are 8am. When she arrived at 9am. Her reserved car from Monday wasn't there and none were available even though they KNEW she was coming in. She had an important meeting, went into serious breakdown, and this Store and Management is A JOKE. She will never rent from them again.

  Dillan and the Ruskin store were a great help with our recent rental. He was courteous and professional. The cars are clean with good pricing and accurate invoicing. I recommend Dillan and the Ruskin store and will return there with my rental needs.

  I had a great experience at this location, but it didn't feel like it was going to start off this way. We reserved the largest SUV class available, because we were going on a long road trip with 4 kids. Our own SUV is big enough for either all the kids or luggage, but not both. I was very worried that even though we had reserved the car months in advance that it would not be available when it came time to leave for our trip. Then I got a call from Tyson saying that the SUV class we had reserved had not been sent to their location, and the SUV that was on its way from the airport was not the class we had reserved. This was several hours before our scheduled pick-up time, and probably as soon as he had found out. He said he had other choices, as well as the SUV that had been sent to look at. He said he would also look around to see what else he could get and would let us know, once the SUV that had been sent arrived to let us know if it was indeed not what we had reserved (small hope it was just a mix-up). He called as we were on our way to pick-up the rental for our scheduled pick-up time, and indeed it was not the class we had requested. It was not any bigger than our current SUV, though much nicer than ours. We arrived and Tyson showed us 4 or 5 vehicles and let us take our time with each one. He was very patient and didn't rush us at all. I should mention this was about an hour before they were supposed to close for the day. Finally, we were able to find a vehicle that met all of our needs. He got it cleaned and ready to go, while we signed the paperwork. Overall, a very good experience, but only because of Tyson. He made all the difference in turning what could have been a very negative stressful experience into this glowing 5 star review. Thank you, Tyson.
