  I had a nail in my tire and a flight to catch. They got me in asap! I waited at most 30 mins for them to patch my tire and grabbed food at the local IHOP. IHOP took longer than my tire. Jennifer at the front was very warm and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend them. They helped me in a stressful period and time crunch.

  I went in for tires and came out with a broken hood/sensor. When I took my car in, the hood sensor was fine, now it goes off every 5 seconds. They tried to "wrench" on it there, only to tell me they could not fix it, after they caused this issue. I called corporate and put in a ticket and their regional manager Jeremy Ventura handled the situation. He told me because the car came in with a "fender bender" from months ago, that they were not responsible for the damage they had just caused. He lied to me multiple times about them knowing about it or not knowing about it and he just kept lying instead of trying to help me. BUYER BEWARE, you may go in for tires and come out with some other issue that they will not take accountability for. Go elsewhere to some other company as these guys will rip you off while lying to you and possibly further damage your vehicle

  Called ahead on a Sunday evening about 4PM about buying 4 tires. Spoke to Varma who assured me that he had the tires I needed and they would be able to put them on the same day. I arrived 10 minutes later and to my surprise the place was empty. The new tires were on my car and I also asked for added charge on an alignment. Everything was done by 5pm just in time for them to close on a Saturday evening. As I'm driving home I remembered I needed an oil change. I returned to this same Tire Kingdom which is 20 miles away from home because the service here is amazing. Varma, David, Jennifer, Sil, & Emmanuel are like the A-Team. Service is great. I'll be coming back for my next service here and only here. Thanks lady and gentlemen.

  After my disappointing experience with Tire Kingdom located on 2770 military trail west Palm Beach, I decided to try another location after corporate for tire kingdom reached out to me. I went to the location on 450 N state rd 7 Royal Palm Beach, and the experience was as it should have been in the 1st place. I dealt with Varma who was the manager of this location, and he was very professional and did what he could do to make the situation better. There was an issue with the tires that had been ordered incorrectly at this facility also, but Varma did exactly what a professional manager should be expected to do and he had me come back the following day to replace the tires with the correct specs that were supposed to have been installed. He fit me in on a very busy Saturday and had me out the door Very Happy and Satisfied that I chose this facility after the disaster with the other location. I also would like to recognize the wonderful workers at the front counter Jennifer and Dave. Both of whom were very friendly, professional and courteous! I would highly recommend this particular facility for your car care needs. Thanks for making it right!

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at what I believed was Tire Kingdom, now apparently operating as Mavis Tires & Brakes without clearly communicating that change to customers. I scheduled an appointment in advance for a brake inspection and was told it would take about 1.5 hours. I arrived at 10:15 AM, yet my vehicle was not taken back until around 11:30 AM. What should have been a routine visit turned into an all-day ordeal. I remained there until after 6 PM, only to be told my vehicle would not be ready and I would need to return the next day. This caused me to miss prior commitments, and at no point did anyone proactively communicate delays or provide updates. While waiting all day, there were no vending machines available, so if you don’t bring your own food, you will go without. I had my lunch in my vehicle and asked Sue if I could use a microwave. I was initially told “no,” only to later be told I could use one after speaking with the supervisor David. That inconsistency and lack of basic consideration were frustrating after sitting there for hours. At one point, I was even called on my phone by the supervisor David, while I was physically sitting inside the waiting area. I had to tell him I was already there and then walk up to the counter. This showed a clear lack of awareness and organization regarding customers in their own lobby. I also observed inconsistent customer service. Other customers were given options such as leaving their vehicle and receiving a call when ready, while I was left waiting all day with little direction. As a long-time customer of over 15 years, I did not feel valued or respected. During the visit, I was quoted over $2,000 for multiple repairs beyond brakes, many of which were not clearly explained. I also experienced repeated upselling attempts, including items unrelated to my concern. Being charged around $165 per hour while also experiencing excessive delays is unacceptable. The following day, I had to call myself for an update on my vehicle, no one contacted me. However, I later received a call, from the manager, asking me if I new a certain person (which turned out to be a family member)to remove a Google review, which was very concerning given the lack of communication about my actual service. At that point I felt totally overwhelmed by the harassment. Had the manager not called I would’ve never known about the review. The more concerning factor is he called about a google review but never to address the issue about my car that he stated Sue briefed him about this morning after previously in the conversation saying he knew nothing about my vehicle and would check on things and call me back. It’s just too many inconsistencies and lack of transparency from the manager down to the desk clerk. Although I was offered a free oil change, I have no interest in returning. I would rather pay elsewhere than revisit a location where I felt my time was wasted and I was not treated with proper customer care. Customer service, communication, and transparency were all lacking. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
