  READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO ! Paid for new tires that were NEVER replaced on my car. The manager trying to gaslight me and my husband instead of correcting their mistake is absolutely disgusting. It is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They are running people’s personal information and charging them for things they do not do! I drive my car with my children , it is insanely DANGEROUS and frustrating that they never replaced the tires I paid for, and let me continue to drive on bad tires. I literally left my car at the shop all day , they did not call me until they were closing so how was something this simple not done at all ??? Now reading the other reviews it’s not a first time case. The manager today (Dave or David) speaks like a giant toddler to his customers and barely has any comprehension skills to understand basic math when my husband brought up the issue several times. I’m absolutely reporting this place and filing a complaint.

  Thank you so much Great environment and efficient service and reasonable prices Thanks all Today review July 2026 - still great customer service...the experienced and knowledgeable Staff tries hard to satisfy customer needs- -Shop was jam-packed with customers=but they handled the workload.!....at this time I made an appointment with Jessica and called ahead to be certain of the availability of 4 tires (from the same lot). David proactively called me an hour prior to my appointment to confirm they were ready to perform the service. This is a busy shop as they also help many walk-in customers....While waiting I observed how ALL the customers are treated courteously and respect... good listeners to help suit their needs. ! Although, quite busy the manager david took the time to insure my service was in goog hands.! ... this is my prior review. Todays review (5/2026) is an update of my original review- Still great service with Mavis staff...helpful, knowledgeable, staff. Shout out to alex . Thanks again. (the following is original review- Great customer service and timely tire replacement made for a pleasant experience at this location of Tire Kingdom!! was the Tire Pro whom evaluated my needs then reccomended good tires at a fair price. Many of the staff are long time employees, insuring consistently good service. My first time Booking appointment online went smooth.

  This place is a joke and is not about helping the community. I came there at 4:30 with a hole that needed repaired. Was told by the manager to leave it over night. I’m here from out of town and this is my only means to get around I told him. They don’t close till 6 so they had 1.5hrs to plug it I told him back. He said “we have 4 cars ahead of you and we’re booked”. I walked in though their shop. Not one car in there and all employees were standing around. So I sat in the parking lot and plugged it myself with help of an employee who was “off the clock”. And by the time we were done guess what? They were still standing there and there were still no cars in any of the 5 bays. But they’re “so busy they needed me to leave it” over night. I was told this is a new manger and he’s not the best. That’s from one of their own guys. So if your guys don’t respect you as their boss you’re running a business that will eventually fail. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This guy was willing to let me drive off with a tire that would be flat in seconds. In a rain storm fyi. Greedy Guy. No respect. No professionalism.

  My appointment was for 2 o’clock I showed up At 1:47 at 4:40 when I called they’re just now getting around to changing my two front tires. They told me I need to change all 24 lug nuts. When I asked why they said well I’m gonna have difficulties Removing them. I told him I had them off a month ago no issues. He said if I don’t change the lug nuts, they will not change my tires. They tried to put a socket on. They said look. It’s too difficult to change them. I told him again just had the Tires off a month ago no issues. They still refused to change the tires. So don’t waste your time going up to tire kingdoms in Royal Palm Beach because if they don’t like the way your lug nuts look, they won’t change your tires. when I got home, I removed three of the lug nuts myself with the Correct socket and I had no issues removing the lug nuts

  One star I brought my car in for a simple tire change two front tires mountain balance. They asked me if I wanted an alignment. I said no they finish up my car I go to Drive and my alignment is worse than it was before and my rim is all scratched up
