  Not pleased at all. Had an 11am appointment, arrived 10 minutes early. Took almost FOUR hours and I really didn’t appreciate the managers attitude. Not going back or recommending this establishment.

  Everyone at this location should be ashamed of themselves. I went in for tires and came out with a broken hood/sensor. When I took my car in, the hood sensor was fine, now it goes off every 5 seconds. They tried to "wrench" on it there, only to tell me they could not fix it, after they caused this issue. I called corporate and put in a ticket and their regional manager Jeremy Ventura handled the situation. He told me because the car came in with a "fender bender" from months ago, that they were not responsible for the damage they had just caused. He lied to me multiple times about them knowing about it or not knowing about it and he just kept lying instead of trying to help me. BUYER BEWARE, you may go in for tires and come out with some other issue that they will not take accountability for. Go elsewhere to some other company as these guys will rip you off while lying to you and will further damage your vehicle.

  Went there on a Sunday 2 hours before closing with a tire. That was flat. I was told to come back 15 minutes before they open on Monday. And they could get right on it. And when I did, I was told at least 2 hours. I couldn't do that because I had a doctor appointment. So I went to my doctor appointment took the leaky tire off the Van. Put the spare on and went back after my doctor appointment. It was about noon and dropped off just a tire on a rim. They assured me I'd have it before they closed. I went back before closing. It was the fourth time there to get a flat fixed and they still hadn't fixed it. they didn't even have to mount it or dismount it onto the vehicle.All they had to do was fix the flat, and they had me back four times and it still wasn't done. I took the tire back, went down the road to another tire shop, they put it underwater, found out I had a puncture in the sidewall I bought 2 brand new tires from them, and they had it all done, didn't take them an hour. very disappointing experience for me. Bad deal for them. I got a lot of stuff. And it's all got tires.Most of it.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had at a car establishment ever. I dropped my car off with an appointment for 4 new tires and was told it would be about 3 hours wait. After waiting 5 hours and not getting a call I decided to call and get the status of my car which is when I was informed they would start working on my car. Thirty minutes after making that phone call they call me back to let me know that I actually need BIGGER tires that would end up costing me $250 more which wouldn’t be so annoying if I was told 4 hours prior to that moment. At this point it had been 6 hours that they had my car, nothing was done and a $250 price increase that had me feeling cornered/pressured into just accepting that charge because half of my day was already gone and I had a full schedule of things I needed to get done. I DO NOT recommend this location/company seeing as how they wasted my whole day just to give me a price for tires I do not agree with and would have to go somewhere else for a way better deal. If you are in the area I recommend any place but this one. Truly wish I could give it 0 stars.
