  Our experience with Enterprise was absolutely top-notch! We rented a Mercedes Sprinter van, and Jason made the entire process exceptional from start to finish. He was personable, professional, and genuinely interested in our plans, which made the experience feel so much more personal. He had us in and out in record time without ever making us feel rushed. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who truly takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. Jason went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Jason, for making everything so easy and enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back!

  i reserved a “luxury” vehicle one week in advance at this specific location. when i went to pick up my rental i was advised that there were no vehicles available at the time if reservation and that there would be no available car until 3 hours later. i was offered a hyundai, when i declined i was given my ID back and the girl proceeded to walk away with no further information. i proceeded to wait, thinking maybe she’s checking inventory, she came back and i requested to cancel my reservation which then she advised that she had already cancelled my reservation. extremely unorganized, unprofessional, zero customer service skills, and ZERO CARS at this location. would not recommend.

  Love this place they make it an very easy process and the staff is good Jason is the best he has a great attitude and explains everything thoroughly We were in and out in no time Thanks again Jason keep up the good work 👍

  Our experience with enterprise car rental was excellent. We had some minor issue with vehicle maintenance but the team did a great job of solving these issues, and swapping out vehicles. Manager Jessica Arcari did an amazing job of making sure we had a great experience. Excellent customer service overall.

  1-Star Review I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Enterprise location. I came here because of an insurance claim and needed a replacement vehicle, and what should have been a fairly simple process turned into over two hours of waiting. I explained that my situation was urgent, including directly to the manager, but there seemed to be absolutely no sense of urgency or organization. There were multiple employees around, yet somehow no one could efficiently get us into a safe, clean vehicle. The vehicle selection made the experience even worse. The first vehicle smelled heavily of smoke, so we couldn't accept it. The second vehicle had tires that did not look safe, which was completely unacceptable. We were finally given another vehicle, but it already had visible damage and the seats were in terrible condition. On top of all of this, we were being told we would need to pay extra to upgrade, even though the vehicles being offered in the first place were not in acceptable condition. When someone is already dealing with the stress and inconvenience of an insurance claim, the last thing they need is to spend more than two hours at a rental location trying to get a clean, safe, dependable vehicle. The lack of urgency, communication, quality control, and customer service at this location was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience today, I completely understand why this location has a 3.8-star rating. Enterprise needs to seriously address how this location handles customers, particularly those being sent here through insurance claims.
