  So good! Fast and professional. Clean vehicles. Rented twice and even got a credit for returning a car with too much gas! So good!

  I can see why this location has such poor reviews. Adam the manager has no idea what customers service looks like. I picked up a car from the Lantana location. The car is shaking and un drivable. If i break down someone where because today is Saturday and the locations are closed tomorrow it’s on Enterprise. Adam made me sit there and wait for 30 minutes he said he had to find me a car, yet every time someone walked in which was constant he stopped helping me to help them instead of just finishing up with me like he should have. Then what if you don’t have a car you just wasted an hour of my time. When i asked him if he could finish helping me. He stated i am still trying to find a car. He stated i am multi taking I’m trying to help you. I stated that he wasn’t helping me and he said then you can go. So that’s what i did. I left in a shaking car that never should have been rented to me in the first place. I received a text from enterprise to communicate any issues which i attempted several times with no response. I will be filing a BBB complaint so upper management knows how dissatisfied i am with Adam and enterprise

  Enterprise of Royal Palm FL is by far the WORST Enterprise out there. I booked online and my agreement cost was $285. When I got to the store, they said I could 'upgrade' the car for only $10 more but when I got the updated agreement, the cost went up to $404!!! The car they gave me as absolutely FILTHY. I couldn't even see out of the windshield and of course, there wasn't any windshield wiper fluid in the car. They took over $700 upfront as the 'security hold' when the rental agreement cost wasn't even $700. I've complained to corporate about this location and still, nothing gets fixed. These people are crooks, they charge whatever they want, and you don't get anything in return aside from a crappy car and a wrong bill. Stay awayyyyyyyyy
