  Once again. Did not get the vehicle, type nor class, that we reserved. They were very nice but that didn’t get us the vehicle we needed.

  I am beginning to think there is a "bait & switch" going on. I scheduled for a large premium SUV. I called and confirmed the day before with my booking and time I would be there to pick up the car. When I arrived, no SUV. I did not have time to wait at least an hour for one to be there. I had to take a mid mini van. Not cleaned well and not charged. Too small. I may have been more sympathetic if the same thing happened to my daughter-in-law just a couple of months earlier.

  Absolutely the worst customer service you can get from enterprise. I reserved for a 12 seater van 4 days prior for 12pm. Called early in the morning to confirm the reservation and they informed me a van will be DELIVERED at 12pm. I called 30 minutes prior and they informed me the van is ON THE WAY/In route for delivery, and that I can come in and wait until it arrives. I came in and waited for 2 hours and they said, a customer has the van and he is turning it in. So if the customer decided not to return the van, I would’ve waited there for absolutely nothing. The whole lobby is full of people waiting. These guys either can’t maintain their scheduling right or they just don’t know what they are doing.

  Don’t waste your time or money, go somewhere else. These people are totally incompetent. They are all liars and will tell you anything to just get you off the phone. They completely screwed up my reservation and do not take ownership for their mistakes. Then they do nothing to try and fix their screw up and resolve the issue. They will just tell you to do a new reservation and cross your fingers that they actually do their jobs correctly on the next try. Just save yourself the stress and rent from a different place. (Incoming copy and paste response from the “owner”)

  I have always had a great experience but today…. Waited for an hour for my vehicle to be ready after checking in online and having a reservation. Many others are here waiting too. I get that stuff happens but there should have been a plan in place with this many rentals.
