  The reservation process, and pick up and drop off process is super easy. The employees at Royal Palm beach are very polite and helpful.

  Worst management ever fire them all horrible customer service they do nothing but sell dreams and don’t ever have a car for you.

  The transaction was smooth. The branch was very nice and welcoming. They assisted me with speed and ease, and they gave me a car that was safe drivable with no issues. Every time I go to that location, I never run into any issues and if there is any, they address it right then and there one of my favorite locations ever.

  The car we got with them was great, we had no problems with the car. The problem was the money situation. We got there and they were nice, they explained everything to us. But once we were looking at the car, the man told us about the protection plan thing that was around $160 just in case of any damages. We agreed and paid. And we also paid a $150 deposit that we were promised to get back. Once we returned the the car, before we left, we got told AGAIN that we’d receive the $150 deposit after 3-5 days. After 3-5 days, we called and got told we couldn’t get the deposit back because of the protection plan that we paid $160 for! Mind you, they told us it was a one time payment. Never again.

  Attention, for your Own peace of mind. GET A RECEIPT OF RETURN !! Video yourself turning in keys the moment some look funny. You're been warned ⚠️. I rent a for one day on 02/26, turn it in 5 hours later and fueled. The next day I notice I'm being checked $178 again on 02/27 (24hrs price) for a car turned on 02/26. They refused to admit there error as my bank statement is time stamp as all card transactions are for payments and deposit return. After being played like a sucker, I give up and let them have it then turn to the public to save them time and peace of mind. I included their shameless part of their email receipt. They are officially on my Black list.
