  I’ve had lots of issues with my brakes, tires, and alignment recently and Devin here at Mavis has always looked out for me and taken real good care of me. Definitely recommend him and Mavis!

  I have had the pleasure to be a customer at the Mavis store on Murrell Rd in Rockledge FL a few times since they opened this shop last year. Every time they have been friendly, helpful, prompt and professional. I have brought a new set of tires for my Forester, I replaced the springs and suspension on my antique Jetta and Mavis did the alignment afterwards and they have replaced the tires for two trailers. Every time the service has been great. They are open early seven days a week. Go in and see Chris and the whole team for any tire and suspension needs. BTW they ordered these Continental True Contact Tour tires for the Forester. They are best Ive had on any of my 4 Foresters. Smooth and comfortable and a slight improvement in gas mileage too. I didn’t want to forget the trailer tires too

  Decided to try this place out for an oil change. Big mistake. I tell them that the gasket for the oil drip pan needs to be replaced or else it will leak. Apparently the manager over heard me differently and I said it leaks oil. Same manager wouldn’t come out when I brought the car back a 2nd time because it was leaking. And somehow between the 1st and 2nd time I brought it in, there was a crack in the oil pan right where the plug is tightened. Bad management, terrible service, and now I have a crack that’s leaking in the oil pan. I don’t normally leave reviews, I just don’t go back to places, but felt the need to write this one.

  Decided to try a new place close by that was convenient. Took car in for oil change. Brought it back in because it was leaking oil after the oil change. They replaced the gasket and said the car has a fine hairline of a crack on the oil pan. There was no leak before we took it in. Definitely would not recommend.

  Had to get oil changed on a diesel bmw. Nice young man, very friendly and helpful gave me a lot of info and said he needed to get a delivery of the oil in 30 minutes. I said Ill just schedule an appt to come back in tomorrow. I return the next day and get a completely rude guy. Says the guy yesterday doesnt know what hes talking about. Said the guy was a trainee. Said the guy never ordered anything. Kept contradicting himself when I asked if he saw the order and saw my appt. You could tell he was irritated with me and I am the one coming in for a scheduled appt. "Do you want me to order it or not." No apology, no sorry for the miscommunication, no nothing. Just attitude.
