  Deven and Jack were fantastic at the front desk—both were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I came in for an alignment, and they also performed a battery and brake inspection. They recommended new brake pads, but I had already planned to replace those with a friend afterward. They also found that my shocks needed to be replaced, and Deven was able to give me a discount, which I really appreciated. When I got to my friend's house to change the brake pads, we noticed that the brake fluid cap had been left off and was sitting under the hood. Fortunately, I had only driven a short distance, so no harm was done. Overall, I had a great experience. The staff provided excellent customer service, and I appreciated their honesty and willingness to help.

  Brought my Dad's truck with a nail in the front tire around 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday. The Mavis team had no issues getting my flat fixed quickly and professionally. Had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Great job!!

  Horrible service from manager an shop manager very rude came in for a appointment for just putting a tire on 1 rim quick job 30 min max they told me 2 hrs with appointment that’s crazy will never use again came to discount tire no reservation an had me done in 30 minutes that’s customer service

  Amazing service and clean, well maintained shop. Chris helped me with my tire issue and I had no concerns that the job wouldn't be completed properly. 💪🏾 I highly recommend this shop, as well as their techs. I've been a diesel tech for 10+ years and know the in and outs of working on vehicles. These people know their business and Chris has definitely been a great help in my process. I truly appreciate his work ethic and would definitely be back around for future needs !

  I am compelled to rate my experience with Mavis in Rockledge, Florida, and Brandon, Mississippi, differently. My interaction with the Rockledge location warrants a zero-star rating. I visited this location before embarking on a trip to Mississippi, requesting that they replace my two rear tires, one of which had a plug. However, the manager disputed my claim, insinuating that I was dishonest about the condition of my tires, which had only 30,000 miles on them and were from my 2023 Infiniti QX50. To my dismay, upon reaching Mississippi, I discovered that the tire with the plug had not been replaced as requested. In stark contrast, the Brandon location deserves more than a five-star rating. The team there rectified the issue, replacing the tire at no additional cost and providing exceptional service despite our being over 700 miles from home. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism and kindness. God bless you all at the Brandon location
