  Came in to have my alternator tested and Aiden and Edward took care of me. They took the time to make sure that everything is good and even took off the spare part that I needed for my new part. Awesome service, will be coming back again for future car repairs. Thank you folks!

  Good Afternoon. I'm not sure of the Gentlemans name that helped me today (I wish I would have got it). But I believe he was the manager. I had a issue with a window shield wiper. That was just purchased from the store. No questions asked he fixed the problem with a smile. I usually go to Advance Auto but never again. AutoZone is my new go to. Enough your cruise my new friend

  This at one point was my go two store as all the associates were very helpful and would never belittle me or laugh at my distress. Unfortunately , that is no longer the case , as it would seem. They told me I was probably wrong about my vehicle and something worse was broken. They told me if I wanted to waste my money to purchase the product that was the cheapest and didn't have all the parts that I required. They would not Perform a simple diagnosis. The gentleman who looked quite annoyed at me even being there , because I Interrupted him and his companion from looking at a souped-up car Gave me a product without inquiring my vehicle or truly giving any kind of a flip about what I might need. They had me plop it down at The counter and stated The price. Four men stared at me and my frustration. And as I left proclaiming that I was going across the street to their competitor who may help me an older gentleman that worked there walked in asked if I was all right and then proceeded to laugh at me for being almost in tears from frustration and worry. The two Star review is because they did locate the items for me. And perhaps not everybody that works , there is as horrible as they were To My daughter and me.

  Our Battery died shortly before their closing, got to jumped and running. I had called and gave them the vehicle info. By the time I arrived they were waiting for us with a new battery ready to install. They never seemed annoyed we were showing up 10 minutes before closing either. They changed the battery in time to close up shop for the day. Thank you again for your excellent service Jay, Bill and Uncle D!

  Inadvertently pulled into Auto Zone (AZ) on Barnes in Rockledge, Fl. 10 minutes before close. I asked for them to check the codes on the car and my battery. Lily, like a champ, was all over it. She got the code reader and battery tester and we were out the door. Battery was bad and all basic systems were good. So, I quickly purchased the battery and asked them to install it. I was unaware that the store was now closed. Lily and I went to the car to begin removing the old battery. Once Lily put the battery in and started to tie it down Jay tagged in with a fresh pair of hands. All of this was monitored and timed by Mr. Uncle D. Quick, kind, and precise - this dream team got my car up and running and out the door like a pit crew. Much thanks to each of them and their good attitudes. You guys were great thanks!!!!!
