Went in for my normal oil change, was there over an hour, the guys were moving very slowly. Had to remind them to check my tires, air filter etc. and what worries me is that they are not all knowledgeable of how to remove the inside car filter. They were very nice and polite.

Worst experience of my life. I went in with my car in perfect condition for a simple oil change. Louis D was unable to remove my “over tightened” oil filter, that THEY over tightened last time. I was there from 10am until 12:45pm. He broke my car down. Told me I was responsible for the tow. I have to pay over a 1000 dollars now to fix my car. He shredded my hoes. My coolant line. Etc. The mechanic who has my car now at Mavis has no idea how this man ruined my car this bad by trying to change the oil. Valvoline opened a claim and said I MIGHT be reimbursed my 1000 plus dollars. Again, went in with nothing wrong with my car but needing an oil change. Left with a broken down car and 1000 dollars worth of damage. There was no real compassion for the situation Louis left me and my toddler in. And imagine my surprise when he told me he was the manager. Never go here, never waste your time. That one chance they mess something up, they will not fix it. **and now they respond saying “ Management resolved in store” no they just didn’t charge me for the oil change that he did that caused a grand worth of damage. This must be Louis himself!

Tomas, Louis, Christopher all did amazing on changing my oil. I have a particular problem with my oil can & they took the time to stay later and help me fix it & give me a solid oil change. I really appreciate that I will be coming back!

I’m not one to write bad reviews. Typically just let it go but this one has to be said. Had a diesel truck in for an oil and fuel filter change. One of the tech’s was struggling with my fuel filter for a while and all the sudden came to me claiming it broke. They said it was due to being old and must have had a leak before i showed up. I told him there is no way that it was leaking before I would have noticed prior. I jumped out to see the damage and realized the tech did not understand how to disconnect the fuel line from the filter so he pulled very hard and snapped the plastic connector. After that they told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I left my vehicle in the middle bay for 7 hours. Nobody helped or did anything to resolve the problem. I had to call for help and get it fixed on my own dime all while they continued doing oil changes in either bay beside me. Finally getting it fixed by my company I thought I better check the oil level as well to be sure they didn’t mess that up atleast. After checking the level they were 5 quarts short of being correct. I had to borrow a funnel from them and do the change myself in the bay. Laughable actually how unhelpful they were just acting like they could care less about the situation. I called the police on them and I will be fighting this situation until every dollar I spent fixing the problem is returned. DO NOT GO HERE.
