  Wow! Team did an amazing, thorough job and was so fast! We would highly recommend for local oil changes and were very satisfied with the job performed!

  I don’t usually write reviews but Don’t come here if you have an European car ( Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc ) this is my 3rd visit to this location, wasted an hour of my day and left without changing my oil because the didn’t know hot to remove the engine cover, didn’t have a simple 25mm socket to remove the oil filter and lastly didn’t know how to put the engine plastic cover back together. If I want a technical on mechanic watching a YouTube video of how to do a regular oil change I rather take it somewhere else or do it myself. If you still want to give them a chance ( I gave them 3 ) I highly recommend that you step out of your vehicle and watch closely what they’re doing even though they have signs advertising to stay in your car.

  Typically my Valvoline experiences are fine, nothing special but overall good. But this time it felt as if all of the employees that were helping me were like my own family members looking out for me and changing my oil and wipers. It was very nice, Matthew was the main one that was conversing with me while the service was going on and he was friendly and kind. The manager (whose name I didn’t catch) was also there helping me with my car and he was also very kind and helpful. Overall my experience was great, and I would definitely come back. It’s worth it to mention that prior to this visit I was thinking of switching over to a different company but this visit changed my mind.

  I called Valvoline costumer support, and I was informed that Riverview store has 1234yf refrigerant available, so I drove 1 hour to get there and be informed that actually was not available

  Wednesday, 6/17/2026 was my very first time going to this location and I will never go back. I got an oil change on my 2000 BMW 528i on Wednesday and as I pull out of my driveway this morning( Friday) I noticed I had a huge oil spot in my driveway. Never had this issue anywhere else. Took it back to them this morning. As they looked over my vehicle they stated they noticed oil all around the bottom of the filter. Therefore, they basically had to redo the oil change. After they completed everything, a white male spoke with me, I believe he was the manager, did not get his name. Stated that my drain plug was stripped and needed new threading. He put a longer plug in it. However, they should’ve replaced what they screwed up. I fully believe that it happened there because my car was NOT leaking any oil previously. I’ve had no issues with leakage or damage anywhere else. I would not recommend this location. 😡😡😡😡
