  Roger is absolutely amazing! Him and his crew over at Tire Kingdom at the Gibsonton Rd location were phenomenal in repairing my vehicle. Service was impeccable and quick. He was patient, kind and understanding. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. I am now a customer for life! Thanks so much Roger and crew for taking such great care of my vehicle 😊

  I had a slow leak in one tire and took my vehicle in on Saturday morning to get it repaired. I was told that it would take a couple of hours and they would call when it was ready. I never received a call. On Sunday morning I called and was told that it was ready. I come in and then I was told that they couldn't patch it and that I needed a new tire. (It's a fleet vehicle and they needed approval from the leasing company). But they would have it fixed by the end of the day. By late in the day I had not received a call so I called them and again was told it was ready. When I arrived the car was still in the service bay but they said it was done. They backed it out and i asked if they replaced the tire. I was told that they were able to patch it instead. The next day I drove to Sarasota and on the way the low tire light came on. I stopped at a different tire shop and explained what happened. When they removed the tire they found that the original nail was still in place right where the Tire Kingdom technician had marked it. Basically they had my vehicle for 2 days and they never fixed it and just filled the tire with air and gave it back to me telling me that it was fixed.

Most importantly, he made sure our tire was safe to drive on before we left, giving us peace of mind and confidence on the road.   Edit So just contacted tire kingdom and was told my tire was supposed to be covered my manufacturer warranty amd there was no way I should have had to pay for the replacement. The tires were 2 weeks old so the tread coming completely off the wheel was a manufacturer issue not a warrenty issue Roger and crew completely lied to me and took advantage of me when I was in need. I would NEVER get tires from these people as they act like they wanna help but instead they just wanna juice u. Terrible customer service wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy Roger was great. Had an issue that was clearly a manufacturer issue. He helped me deal with the manufacturer and got me in and out quic. He definitely went above and beyond. Would recommend this specific tire kingdom

  Store #4150, I went in for what I thought was a simple oil change. Came home to find out it was leaking I took it back and the manager Joe Meza was supposed to help me out. So he took it in, called me a few hours later only for it to STILL be leaking. Turns out Joe was the one who worked on my car, and forgot the washer, and used an IMPACT to put the drain plug back. Also he had to put a NEW drain plug, I don’t know why he needed a new one but he did. Still leaking, so we insisted for a new oil pan all oem parts, when we asked if he ordered it he said yes but they were Dorman parts, not oem like we asked for. He put the new oil pan and guess what, it’s still leaking. I do not recommend going here for an oil change. Joe Meza is very unprofessional and unpleasant. I understand mistakes happen, but mistakes shouldn’t happen 5 different times. We did end up calling corporate and speaking with Ryan to help get the issue resolved. To this day, my car is still leaking oil, I will not be taking it back.
