  Made an appointment for when they open at 9a and showed up early. I then proceeded to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half and my car was never even put on a lift. They told me they only had 1 tech on duty and that another would be there soon but that didn't happen. I was told I was "2nd in line" but I sat there and watched car after car go on lifts while mine sat in the lot. I watched people walk in and drop off their cars and get service faster than mine. I came in to buy 4 new tires but instead I asked for my keys and walked out. I will be going to another shop after waiting over an hour and a half without my car even being looked at after scheduling an appointment. What's the point of an appointment if you won't honor it or even be close? From a business owner to your business owner, please ensure that your staff never makes excuses and talk to them about bad mouthing Mavis who just bought your company. Totally unprofessional and another reason I will not be returning.

  I had a fantastic experience here and wanted to recognize Manager JJ and his team for their outstanding service. They were honest, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options, didn’t pressure me, and got me back on the road quickly. It’s hard to find businesses that still treat customers this well. JJ and his team earned a loyal customer today — highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom. I showed up at 7:47 with a nail in my tire, and the team jumped right on it without any hassle. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Big shoutout to Shawn—his positivity and attitude stood out right away and made the whole process smooth. You can tell he genuinely cares about taking care of customers. Also want to highlight J.J for his great attention to detail and for helping me source the right options for new tires. He took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any pressure. There was also another gentleman who handled the tire service on my truck, and he did a great job—quick, careful, and professional. You can tell the whole team works well together. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and got me back on the road quickly. Pricing was fair and straightforward, which I respect. It’s not easy finding a shop you can trust, but this place definitely earned my business. I’ll be coming back. Highly recommend Tire Kingdom if you’re looking for reliable, honest service.

  JJ the store manager is awesome. I reached out to him very last minute with the blown out tire and he went above and beyond to assist me, teaching me about tires, walking me through steps, showing me the insoles and just being in good company while getting service if you need anything, please See him cool people

  Had a great experience with David! My car wasn't driving as well after getting new tires at Sam's Club and apparently my balance was very messed up. Tire kingdom fixed the balance and my vehicle drives 10x better, much thanks to David and all the technicians.
