I took my 2024 Cadillac Escalade that I recently purchased and my vehicle was damaged by the drying rotator inside the car wash tunnel. The employee on site took my incident report and recorded a video of my vehicle which I had less than 5 weeks. I got an email saying the investigation indicated those brushes did not damage my vehicle when it also it a white vehicle behind mine and the employee who saw me enter the wash went inside of of the wash bay and corrected the issue but they dont want to repair my damages as a result of their equipment. Im a veteran who served for 27 honorably and to be treated like this is is sad. Im filing a lawsuit this week to have my vehicle fixed.

Really great self-service car wash! Everything was clean, easy to use, and worked perfectly. The water pressure was strong, the soap actually cleaned well, and the staff was very helpful! The vacuums worked great too. Overall, a convenient and well-maintained place to keep your car looking nice. I’ll definitely be back!

I work with a lot of car washes and generally they always have some pretty cool staff but the staff here was expectional. The Manager, Patrick, was a super kind, straightforward, and welcoming guy and the assistant manager, Sebastian, was polite, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. He suggested that the best time to get your car washed was during the week, as it's generally slower from Monday through Thursday; the slower pace means more time to really enjoy the car washing process, and also more one on one time with the staff, especially if you have questions about the memberships. They actually offer discounts if you purchase longer memberships, so I recommend asking about them. In my professional opinion, the annual membership has the most value especially if you live and or work in the area.
Stopped by Take 5 Car Wash and had a really great experience. The service was quick, everything was well organized
One of the employees, Aiden, stood out. He had a great attitude, was really professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. My car came out looking amazing too.
Definitely coming back!

Been going here since they opened a several years ago and visit almost every week. Came in today to get a new sticker b/c my old one was on my community gate key and the key got lost when I had my car in for service. I prefer not to put the sticker on my windshield. When I approached the manager to get a new one I had to wait for him to finish scrolling on his phone only to be rudely greeted “what’s up”. When he said he had to stick it on my windshield I explained why I didn’t want it on and he said there’s no exceptions. While I get that there’s policies I don’t need to be treated rudely. After years of loyalty I decided to ask him to cancel my membership. He then said I had to do it online and he couldn’t do it for me. Not the first time I’ve had bad interactions with this gentleman but it will definitely be the last time!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS BUSINESS. Inflation’s sky high, choose where you spend your hard earned cash wisely and expect common courtesy where you spend it!!!

Went online to cancel and the manager cancelled my membership anyway. I should at least be able to use it through the month I’ve paid through but no, they’re too petty for that. The repair shop ended up finding my gate key/car wash sticker and I tried using it before my paid month ended. No such luck. STAY AWAY from this place!
**UPDATE 2 weeks later** the business reached out to me and restored my membership. He also allowed me to continue using my sticker on my gate key card. He was sincere and genuine so I’ll continue using them. For the two weeks I was able to try the car wash my wife is a member of though and it was entire levels above but this one is super close so I’ll stick to it for now.
