The communication and transparency was a welcome change vs other tire servicers. The charges were fair too. My favorite part is there's stores and fast food places in walking distance so your able to kill some time. The lady at the front desk under estimated my wait time and so having something to do was great. Her lack of protectively updating me was more than made up for by the gentleman running the show!

I called ahead to see if there was a wait for an oil change as another shop had told me it would be an hour. Mavis told me if I could get there in the next 20 minutes I would be the next car. So thats what I did.
I waited in the store for 45 minutes when I was told the next car to go in was mine, then at an hour I watched them go take another car in ahead of mine.
They were also absurdly expensive for an oil change, $150 with no coupons.
I took my car to take 5 and was in and out in 20 minutes.
If you value your time and money, go anywhere else.

I had the absolute best experience with Dan & Jose. Completely honest and patient and kind. I came into Mavis to get a flat tire fix. Unfortunately the tire was not able to be fixed and they recommended a tire replacement. The manage stated they would not be able to get the correct tire until the next day. Of course I needed to travel the next day and needed it to be fixed. They put on my spare tire and gave me my keys at no cost. I appreciate the managers professionalism and how quickly they identified the issue.

Had a great experience at Mavis Tire. I came in needing two tires replaced after finding a nail in one of them. The staff was attentive, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and provided clear, upfront pricing with no surprises.
