  always recommend bringing your car to Mavis on Big Bend. John and Steven will take care of you right away, this is the second time I've had an issue with a tire and it's always been fixed within the hour. These guys are amazing and I appreciate the help!

  Linda and Carlos or awesome, they were able to get me in quickly for a tire rotation and it was performed fast and I was in and out with no problem. So professional and funny, excellent service and excellent staff

  Called to get a quote for repairs. Was told they’d call me back in 15min. 2 hours later I called them and was told, very rudely I might add (almost as if I was bothering them), that I was on a list to be called back and they weren’t sure if I’d hear back from them by end of day. Well it’s been over a week and still no one has called me. I have got my car fixed already elsewhere. This location obviously couldn’t care less about their customers. Used Gibsonton location and that particular one is very good, a little pricey but good. And I’m sure it’s the company that sets prices but still a much better location. They’re very friendly and are very fast to help out. They were just very booked on appointments so I wanted to try to find another one that possibly could help faster, which was a mistake.

  I took my truck in for some unexpected repairs, and these guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. The mechanics were honest, professional, and had me back on the road much faster than I anticipated. Their customer service is top-notch, and they didn’t try to upsell me on any unnecessary fixes. This is hands down the best auto shop in town, and they’ve officially earned a customer for life! Special thanks to John and Steve for taking such good care of everything—I really appreciate the great work.

  Great professional service. Steve (manager) helped me. I had (2) new front tires installed on my Honda Odyssey minivan at a local used car dealership 2 days prior to my visit. But the car started shaking so I figured there were concerns with the tire installation. Steve REBALANCED my tires and noticed the used car dealership installed the tires out of balance, and perfectly explained everything and rebalanced it for me. Steve was quick, prompt and I now have the reassurance to safely drive my family in the vehicle without the aggressive shaking! Thanks MAVIS TIRES!
