I took my car, for the first time, into EOC for a 4 wheel balance. Even though they were extremely busy, they got my car finished in a couple of hours. The work was done well, and the front end shimmy that I had went away. I have been taking my wife’s car to EOC for years, for oil changes, fluid changes, tire rotations, alignments, and other, mechanical work. They are highly rated on Google for a reason. I am always satisfied with their work, and I will continue to go back. They are honest and professional.

Came in for an oil change and without my permission, they pulled my engine air filter out and broke a sensor and didn’t say anything to me. My check engine light wouldn’t go away because it was broke. I called them about the situation and they made excuses after excuses. I don’t recommend this place.

I had a flat on my new tire, which I just got a few months ago. I put some Fix-a-Flat in it to get to the shop, thinking that I could get it patched. However, they told me they will not patch a tire that has Fix-a-Flat in it. I didn’t know that, but they did resolve my issue pretty quickly with a new tire. I wasn't planning on getting one, but nevertheless, I’m back on the road. They could’ve asked me if I qualified for any discounts, but they didn't. It’s all good though; it could be worse.

I had an outstanding experience getting my oil changed here today, thanks to Justus! They were fast, incredibly thorough, and so professional from start to finish. What I appreciated most was how honest and transparent they were—they checked my filters and fluid levels, gave me an honest assessment of what my car actually needed, and didn’t try to pressure me into any unnecessary upsells. In and out in no time, my car is running great, and the workspace was left spotless. If you come here, ask for Justus-truly top-tier customer service! I'll definitely be back.
