  Awful. They’re trying to pin damage on me when I dropped it off to a dealer and it sat there for four hours or somebody drove it around for four hours. The pictures of damage they sent me wasn’t even where I dropped it off and they’re trying to pin $2000 on me or threatening to take it to collections. This is a really horrible company and the people that I’ve been trying to contact are very very rude. I will never ever deal with them again

  Please read what you're signing. I went on tolls for work and spent 10 only to be charged damn near 20 dollars on top of that for fees. Never again will I rent a car from this company. I needed it due to a bad accident I had in May. They didn't even mention it to me so it's important to read what you sign. I don't even know what the service charge was for. That's doubled the toll bill.

  Thank you to the team at the Riverview Enterprise. My experience was seamless. I recently had an outstanding experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Riverview, Florida. The front desk staff representative Shami was extremely helpful in explaining the contract as well as reviewing the vehicle before I departed, and it was all done in a quick and efficient manner. Upon returning the vehicle, I received a follow-up call from team member Shafayat who wanted to ensure that the vehicle had performed as expected and to ask if I had any feedback or concerns. I could only provide praise and thanks for the convenient service. I also greatly appreciated that they offered a parking location for my personal vehicle, as I was only renting for one day and did not have to arrange a ride to and from the location. That small but thoughtful detail made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!

  These people fail to tell you they ONLY ACCEPT MAJOR CREDITCARDS. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL OR CASH APP. THEY HAD ME WAIT AROUND FOR AN HOUR OR MORE THEN TOLD ME THEY DIDNT ACCEPT CASH. I LEFT. FOUND A STORE TO PUT money ON CASH APP WENT BACK. WAITED ANITHER 30 MINUTES for them to tell me no cash app card and no I could not call my mom to use her cc. I left without a rental

  Absolutely disgusting how this location has been operating and treating its long-time, repeat rental customers over the past few months. No matter what time your reservation is, expect to wait close to an hour to pick up a scheduled rental. On my last pick up other customers and I had been told the delay was because all the available vehicles were scheduled for oil changes. Who schedules an entire fleet for maintenance at the same time while customers are arriving for confirmed reservations? Quoted 15-20 minute wait time... Yeah okay. I waited over 45 minutes to receive a vehicle, completely disrupting my schedule. The online check-in process and reservation confirmations are a complete waste of time if the vehicles aren't actually ready when promised. What's most frustrating is that I called earlier to ask about an earlier pickup and was immediately told no. If they already knew there would be delays due to maintenance, they could have adjusted pickup times or at least communicated the issue in advance instead of wasting everyone's time. Customer service and operational planning at this location have been extremely disappointing.
