  Had absolutely the best experience with Shafayat Alam, Branch manager after my reservation was messed up. Anyone that knows me will tell you I am fanatical about good customer service. Mr.Alam went above and beyond to make sure not only my expectations were met, but blew me away with his kindness and customer service. When in town, this is the only place I will use!

  I received super customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that treated you like you were the most important person they will talk to today. Donovan was on top of it.

  Had to rent a car for a work trip and Ahmaad took excellent care of me! There was an issue with the initial car I was going to be provided but he quickly got me set up with another and I was on the road in no time. He also handled my return. Highly recommend this location as both him and the rest of the staff are very friendly and professional!

  Had a family emergency. Got there early, a man with dark hair and a beard "wish I got his name" Was absolutely incredible showed caring about my situation and got me out 2 minutes after they opened. Rented the vehicle for 3 days. When I got to my destination realized I did not need the vehicle. The Riverview and Sanford location. Where so accommodating to me for a one way rental, which was not in my contract. Just want to say Thank you the young man who checked my car in also went above and beyond with customer care. Great quality vehicle and amazing customer relations GREAT JOB THANK YOU

  Reserved a pickup truck to help my elderly mother and father move and we needed a pickup truck to move larger items. The staff and manager decided to give my reservation to someone who just came in no reservation to go to the beach while I was standing right there. And assumed I would take an SUV. When managers and staff assume incorrectly they have made a poor decision and now I will never be a customer at enterprise either at this location or any other. I’ll take my business elsewhere. You can’t have a perfect reputation and all customers be happy but you can’t do the right thing. The manger needs to be fired. Period.
