  Want to be treated rudely? Want to make a reservation for a 10 day trip and then have nothing to show for it? Emily is your girl then! When asked why they wouldn’t fulfill the reservation her answer was “I don’t build the cars.” Apparently phones don’t work in her office, and she’s incapable of calling a customer ahead of time to let them know a reservation can’t be fulfilled. Also, while we were being waited on by another rep, Emily was discussing keeping the personal property of a customer because they “didn’t call and ask so that’s on them.”

  This is a well managed location and even though it is always busy they hustle to get everyone in and out with a smile on their face. Zaye, Alex, Monica, and the rest of the team work well as a group and keep things moving even when it’s hectic. They have a good selection of cars and work to get what I need if it’s not immediately available on site. If there ever is an issue, they move quickly to resolve and go above and beyond to do so. Highly recommend renting here!

  I’ve been looking forward to leaving this review as soon as I left as I think it’s pretty rare to have a customer service experience quite like the one I had with this Enterprise location and specifically, Ebony their Assistant Branch Manager. I had to rent a car through my insurance as I was in an accident about a week ago and when I got to the location, I could tell they were already pretty busy. Nonetheless, each staff member took time to help everyone waiting and at no point made anyone feel rushed. I was lucky enough to work with Ebony and right away she caught that my insurance company was filing on my insurance policy instead of the at fault policy. She encouraged me to call my insurance to see if this was a mistake and as soon as I called, they agreed that it should’ve been filed under the at fault policy and corrected the change. (This saved me a $300 deposit and having to pay out of pocket for the full rental, instead all I had to cover was a $50 deposit and insurance covered the rest). From there, she helped me get situated with the right vehicle and we started experiencing some technology issues with the iPad/documentation. (It wouldn’t allow us to move forward with the contract because it was trying to charge me for tax when the insurance should be covering tax). She was able to troubleshoot between the computer and the iPad and she got the issue fully resolved. Meanwhile, every time a new customer came in - she was helping them get situated with another staff member and she was fielding the phone system the whole time (which had to have been 15+ calls in the maybe 10 minutes that we were working through the iPad issues). Long story short, I was overly impressed with her professionalism and customer service skills and I hope she knows that she turned an unfortunate situation into a very positive experience for me!
