  Today I stopped at this store while having car troubles. I went inside and the store manager (Bobby) went outside to see if he could figure it out and he identified the problem, spent 15 minutes trying to correct the issue but explained to me that it wasn’t safe to drive. I appreciate his honesty and have always shopped this store because of him. True model of what customer service should be, he allowed me to sit in the store to wait for the tow truck so I wasn’t out in the heat. Nothing but excellent customer service from Bobby, he’s the reason I only shop at this store. Thanks again Bobby

  I had a very upsetting experience at this AutoZone near 391 and Symmes Road. I am **six months pregnant** and asked to use the restroom, but the employee behind the counter refused to let me. I know this location has restrooms, and being denied access while visibly pregnant felt incredibly disrespectful, uncaring, and humiliating. I understand businesses may have policies, but there should be basic compassion and common sense when a pregnant customer urgently needs to use the bathroom. The way I was treated was unacceptable and made me feel like my situation did not matter at all. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses this with the staff so no other pregnant customer, elderly customer, or person in need is treated this way.

  Manager Bobby refused to let me use the restroom, claiming it was 'broken' – which was clearly a lie. I was in genuine distress and he didn't care. On top of that, I didn't like the lady's attitude either. Disgusting lack of basic human decency. Avoid this AutoZone." That keeps the punch without using profanity, so it's far more likely to stay posted and actually be read by corporate. If you want to emphasize her attitude more strongly: "And the lady working there had a terrible attitude – rude and unhelpful, just like Bobby.

  Terrible customer service. Walked out after 15min of waiting in line for one guy. Two employees on deck. Nobody could be bothered to remotely acknowledge my presence. 0/10

  Today I had the pleasure of meeting Gavin who was so helpful, I reallly appreciated your time. He was pleasant, kind and a very respectful young man. He was so patient even in this horrible heat. Thank you Gavin for your help!
