I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. I was very disappointed by the way Dale spoke to one of his employees. A young man was helping us at the register when something happened on the screen, and the way Dale addressed him was rude and uncomfortable to witness. I also noticed the way he spoke with customers over the phone, and that behavior was equally concerning. Working in retail requires patience, respect, and good communication skills. If you are not able to treat employees and customers with kindness and professionalism, then this may not be the right environment for you. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their position.

Came in because one of my windshield wipers broke. The tech initially thought it could be saved, but I ultimately needed a new one. Even though I didn't purchase it there, the technician showed me how to remove and apply a new one. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will come back for my vehicle needs.

Came to try to get my engine light checked. Got in line and was next to be taken care of however the gentleman at the register thought it would be best to take care of the people behind me first which wasn’t an issue. He finished with the couple that was behind me but did not come out to assist me or update me, just stood talking with someone behind the counters

My car overheated today and, luckily, it happened right in front of this store. For obvious reasons, this was very stressful for me. James went above and beyond…not as an employee, but as a kind person who wanted to help another person. He was even leaving to pick up his daughter when he came over to help me. I truly don’t know how I could have gotten through this situation today without him and I am so incredibly grateful for him. Everyone else in the store was exceptionally nice and helpful as well. I HIGHLY recommend this location. If James reads this…thank you so very much for everything you did to help today and I promise I will pay your kindness forward.
