- JJJose2 days ago5.0Excellent Service. Keven had checked my car with the Diagnostic computer and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. He have given me 3 print outs documents stating the mechanical infractions of the car. Also had showed me on the computer screen the issue the car was having. The AutoZone, just like the AutoZone on Bears and Livingston Tampa FL,.... Both of these AutoZone's are my Primaries ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Answering above and beyond the call of duty to their customers, respectfully.

They swapped it out for a new battery under warranty and that battery died within two months. The manager told me there was nothing he could do about it and hung up on me. They’re extremely rude and horrible customer service.

I’ll be honest—I know absolutely nothing about cars, and I came in feeling pretty overwhelmed. Nicholas immediately put me at ease with his friendly and patient attitude. He took the time to really listen to what I needed, explained everything in a way I could understand, and even went above and beyond by helping me replace my tail light right there. He didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing anything—instead, he made the whole process simple and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to Nicholas, this was easily a 5-star visit. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for any future car needs!
