- HDHeather DavisMay 4, 20261.0I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I went in due to my van not starting. I had gotten it jumped to get there. I told them I needed my battery checked. They came out tested it and said it’s a bad battery so we went in to purchase one. The guy installs it and then told me to start it and lo and behold it won’t start. He tried to jump it with a jump box and it would start. He automatically (without further testing) said it’s your starter. I asked if they can use their car to jump me so I can at least get home. He refused and said ma’am that’s all I can do. I asked for the store manager who never did come out to talk to be my the way. After much frustration and testing the new battery(it showed perfect) he came back out and said the store manager said try a different battery just in case. After that installation it worked. But the lack of customer service and acting like I didn’t know what I was talking about was as insulting. I will never bring my business back. Went to advanced auto and they tested everything including my starter and alternator and they both tested perfect. Do better auto zone.
