  Outstanding Customer Service from Lauren I am writing to share the incredible service I received from Lauren at your store. I visited twice recently—once for a dead battery and two days later to buy an engine air filter and an in-cabin air filter. When I first arrived with my heavy dead battery, it was a busy lunch rush. There were about 5 to 7 people ahead of me in line. Lauren was the only one at the register, and the store seemed short-staffed at that moment. Despite the crowd, she greeted me immediately and told me where to place the battery. She then worked her way through the line of customers diligently and efficiently. During this seemingly overwhelming time, she stayed completely calm, professional, and courteous. She efficiently delegated tasks to other employees to help keep things moving as quickly as possible. When my turn arrived, she tested my battery and confirmed it was "dead." Instead of trying to upsell me, she honestly explained my options. She then took the time to explain how to install my new battery and the terminal protection pack. When I returned two days later for the air filters that I ordered online for pickup, they were ready to go when I walked in. Thanks to her guidance once again, I installed the filters myself in five minutes and saved $120 over dealership prices. It is very hard to find good help these days. Lauren provided an all-around great customer service experience both times. It is wonderful to go into a store and find someone you can trust who treats everyone with respect. It has been extremely hot here, which seems to make everyone inside and outside a bit edgy. Throw a busy rush on top of that, along with a few less-than-nice customers, and Lauren could have easily reacted the same way. But she didn't. She smiled the whole time and moved with purpose. She is an outstanding asset to your company and deserves high praise. You certainly gained a customer in me because of her.

  They advertised free installation of battery but that's only if they have someone working there that knows how to do it. My girlfriend went there at around 9 am on a weekday and the 2 employees had no experience in battery installation. Also it turned out the battery was overpriced.

  Good products and greater service. Bought a car battery in 2020 that lasted 6 years. Just replaced with a new one, and the associate that installed it, Jessalynn, was so nice and such an inspiration. It’s really great to see young ladies working on cars, because it gives me the confidence boost to try things myself!

  Tysien was a huge help. Very informative and he 100% wants to help. However, Lauren was rude and I only had to deal with her this would've been a 1 star review. I gave a compliment to Tysien and her response and attitude was uncalled for.

  Got to this location at 9pm on the dot and it’s showing that it closes at 10pm. Don’t go here between 9 and 10pm if you need anything. OH and the workers are absolutely finessing!! Whoever is the big boss just know that the employee are closing the doors at 9pm and staying till 10pm
