Will not rent a vehicle here again, I had an appointment for 8am , but came a little late. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable but guess what they don’t have vehicles here. So you have to sit in the waiting room and wait for a vehicle to get brought to the store. Waited for 1h , will not be coming here. I feel if you have a reservation and you come into the location there should be a vehicle waiting for you not you want 1h to get a vehicle. Bad customer priority. I am an enterprise loyal member for several years now, makes me question my loyalty and decisions when it comes to choosing a rental car company.
Once again, Mr. Caleb Egalite comes through like a champ. He’s always been there for my last minute emergencies with a car ready for me to take in a pinch.
This gentlemen exemplifies what it means to serve customers to the best of our abilities.
Everyone at this location has always been great to me and this is the only place I will continue to use.
Thanks fam.

Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise. I paid a $50 deposit that I was told would be refunded, and I still haven’t received it. On top of that, they charged my card twice more, totaling nearly $200, without explaining what the charges were for or notifying me beforehand.
Taking money from someone’s card without clearly communicating what they’re being charged for is completely unacceptable. I’m extremely frustrated and will never rent from Enterprise again.

I was recently involved in an accident after being rear-ended, and my insurance company arranged a rental vehicle through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Unfortunately, my experience with Enterprise has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I was told I would receive a mid-size SUV comparable to what I currently drive, a Kia Telluride, and my insurance company is paying for a mid-size SUV rental. Unfortunately, the Enterprise staff were unwilling to help me find an appropriate vehicle and, even more disappointing, I was treated very rudely and dismissively. I contacted several other Enterprise locations in the area hoping that someone would be willing to help resolve the situation, but unfortunately, I received essentially the same response.I completely understand that rental vehicle inventory can be limited and that Enterprise has policies they have to follow. However, how a customer is treated—especially someone who is already dealing with the stress and inconvenience of an accident—matters. I expected someone to work with me and help find a reasonable vehicle within the rental class my insurance company approved. Instead, I felt like my situation was an inconvenience to them. I will be contacting Enterprise's corporate office to formally file a complaint and hope they will take the time to review how this situation was handled.

I have rented cars dozens of times, but this was easily one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had.
The issues started the evening before pickup when I received an odd, call after 5:00 PM asking if I still planned to pick up the vehicle, despite having a confirmed Expedia reservation.
When my wife and I arrived to pick up the car, the counter agent (Anna) hesitated, and the manager (Caleb) came from the back. After a brief whispered discussion between them, Caleb told her "no" and said he would clean a different car instead. We were left waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes while other customers were helped ahead of us. To make matters worse, by the time the car was ready, a severe downpour had started, and the vehicle was parked around the corner of the building and was not in the closest parking spot. I wondered if this was intentional as they could see the luggage and laptop bags we had to carry.
While waiting out the rain, I checked my emailed receipt and realized we had been overcharged by more than $25 compared to our Expedia booking. I went back inside to address the discrepancy. Caleb looked at the receipt, falsely claimed the extra fee was for an additional day (which was incorrect according to the paperwork), and then said he be away for "a few minutes" and would get back to me. Both he and Anna walked out the door, leaving us waiting once again.
After another 20 minutes of waiting, Anna returned and started helping another customer. When I asked when Caleb would be back to resolve our billing issue, another employee (Robert) informed us that Caleb had actually left for the day.
To their credit, Robert and Anna eventually corrected the rate and took an additional $20 off the original reservation for the trouble, which I appreciated. However, a small discount does not excuse an hour+ delay, inaccurate billing, and a manager who outright lied about returning to assist a paying customer before abandoning his shift. Unacceptable management.
