  How petty and scared does Carlos have to be to post eight fake reviews claiming what "good customer service" Carlos has in quick succession after our review was posted to try and bury it? Don't worry Carlos... the corporate office has already been contacted and you will be hearing from them soon. You can't escape this by posting fake reviews praising yourself.

  My wife called the Tire Kingdom location on Edgarce St & Gatlin Blvd. in Port St. Lucie, FL and spent a lot of time explaining the problem over the phone. We went to drop off the vehicle the night before and there were multiple employees drinking alcohol and partying behind the store still in their logo work shirts. There were multiple open containers inside of vehicles. There were also many young females present. An employee in a logo work shirt said that we could leave the key with him but we did not feel comfortable doing that. The next morning, we returned to drop off the vehicle. The employee at the register could find no record of the long conversation that my wife had the day before when they told her to drop the car off. I told them that the car was cavitating, noticeable when accelerating. Neither of us instructed them to or authorized them to touch the engine or to remove engine parts. An employee told us that the spark plugs were old and needed to be replaced and showed us a picture of spark plugs that were completely different than the ones that were in the vehicle when we dropped it off. The spark plugs were replaced in September 2025 by a trusted friend who owns a auto repair shop. His mother is a Ministry Director at the same church where my wife is the Director of another Ministry. The vehicle was also at the Kia dealership exactly a week prior for an oil change and engine inspection with no issues being found with the engine. The engine was running perfectly with no check engine light when it was dropped off. Immediately upon picking up the vehicle, the engine now misfires and the check engine light is on. We brought the vehicle back to our trusted friend’s shop who confirmed that the spark plugs were not the ones he had put in the vehicle and he discovered that a spark plug was altered to cause a misfire. Now we have to bear the cost of replacing spark plugs which we had already previously replaced in order to get an engine (that had already been running how it was supposed to before Tire Kingdom touched it) to operate properly again. After the vehicle was looked over by the other mechanic, I returned to the Tire Kingdom and asked to speak with the manager. When I told him about the employees drinking and partying behind the store, his response was “They can do whatever they want to do after work”. I told him that was not a good look for a business and his response was “It’s not a good look for you to approach them!”.

  I had an excellent experience at Tire Kingdom in Port St. Lucie thanks to Fernando. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, honest, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about customer service these days, and Fernando went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. The work was done efficiently, and I left feeling confident and appreciated as a customer. If you go to Tire Kingdom, ask for Fernando

  I just recently went to the Tire Kingdom on Gatlin. And had some the best service I've had at a tire place in a while. I needed to get tires and alignment and they got me out of there quick with no headaches. Carlos the Store manager took care of me spent less money than I originally expected. And that I'm truly grateful for. The guys in the back move quick and efficiently, go check this place out if you're in the area.

  I went to Tire Kingdom at 2634 S.W. Egrarce Blvd in Port St. lucie Fla. I met the sales person named John. This was on Monday May 4, 2026. I told him i wanted to buy four tires for my 2015 Toyota Sienna. I asked him how much Michelin tires cost. He told me about $1250.00. I asked how much for Yokohoma Avid Ascends which would cost less money. I told John to order the Four Yokohama tires for my vehicle. He told me i would have to put down a $25.00 deposit for the tires, which i did. John told me the tires would be in on Thursday May 7, 2026. I called John on Thursday. John told me he was unable to find a set of four Yokohamos in the state of Fla. John told me he would give me a better price on a set of four Michelin tires. He said about $1197.00 along with a wheel alignment. I told John i would come on Friday May 8, 2025 to have the tires installed. I noticed that John went out of the store and he didn't return. I was told buy another sales person my vehicle was ready. The sales person gave me the invorced. The total bill came to $1296.90. This is more than the than what John told me the Michelins cost on Monday. I was charged $219.95 labor, shop fees $21.40 the rest was taxes and reecyling tires charged. The sales person did give me a paper for a $80.00 redemption to recieve visa card from Michelin. I suggest that you get a written estimate before you buy your tires at Tire Kingdom. I don't like being over charge when quoted a price. I was contacted by Mavis Service Team today May 12, 2026. The misunderstandings has been settled by Mavis service team. I am pleased and thankful for the teams help. I will be going back to Tire kingdon in the near future for my vehicles services. Joseph Diskin
