- SPS P1 day ago5.0I travel for work often and always rent a car from this location, staff is always friendly and give great service. In my recent experience, Kellen helped me and was very nice and informative. Will keep coming to this location!
- AMAlfonso Del ManzanoOct 7, 20265.0Huge shoutout to Kellen at Enterprise! I originally reserved a premium AWD crossover for an upcoming driving trip to Georgia, but due to availability, the vehicle wasn't on the lot when I arrived. Having a three-row vehicle was non-negotiable for our travel plans, and Kellen immediately stepped up to solve the problem. He upgraded/transitioned me into a three-row full-sized SUV and honored my original price without any hassle or hesitation. His customer service and problem-solving skills saved my trip. I'll definitely be coming back to this location!
- ICIsha CovSep 29, 20265.0Quick in & out experience, went in for “let us pick” and they showed me all of my options while helping me select the right car for the occasion. Desmond Gomez & Stellios (I apologize if I spelled the name incorrectly) were both AWESOME! They managed to get me into the perfect vehicle that was both comfortable for my entirely family and well within my price range. I usually use private renting companies but I will be back to enterprise for their service specifically.
- AEAmanda ESep 27, 20265.0We rented a car for our trip to NC and needed an AWD/4WD to make it up to our cabin. They had a 4wd jeep compass ready for us when we came in. The car was clean and drove well the whole trip. No issues and quick service. We had a good experience :)
- MMMaliyahSep 25, 20262.0I am extremely dissatisfied with the service here. I never received the vehicle arranged through my insurance company. Additionally, despite returning the rental vehicle with a full tank of fuel, I was incorrectly charged for gas. Unprofessional practices and poor customer service.
