  I had a bit of a rocky start with my rental experience at Enterprise. I had reserved a truck a week in advance, but unfortunately, the truck was not available when I arrived. I was initially offered a minivan, which wasn’t what I had booked or expected. However, Abi went above and beyond to help find a better solution. After walking me out and reevaluating our options, she was able to accommodate me with a compact SUV that worked much better for our needs. Although the gas was on E when we received the vehicle, Abi’s exceptional customer service and willingness to work with me really made a difference. When I returned the vehicle, the walk-through was quick, smooth, and efficient. Overall, while the rental didn’t start exactly as planned, Abi’s professionalism, helpful attitude, and commitment to making things right made the experience a positive one. She deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service! Pricing was also very fair! Hassle free!

  I left my key fob in the rental. As soon as they opened the next day (Sunday) Jamaal called me directly and let me know he found it and safely set it aside for me. Very thoughtful and attentive. Great experience and customer service. Will patronize again!

  I’ve been renting from this location a couple times, and everyone has been a pleasure to interact with to the point I wish I was nice enough to remember their names, also explicitly in this review, because my car was blocked in by another and I was awaiting the assistance of an employee, and I got a bit irate with the (honestly not that long of a) wait that it took to move the car blocking me in that I got a bit demanding. The red/blonde haired lady didn’t deserve any of the disrespect I was giving her, and I wish I apologized in person. She’s great. Everyone here is.

  Always my place to rent a car from. Friendly staff. I rented a car to drive to new york,surprisingly it broke down in the carolinas but it made it to another enterprise dealer which quickly set me up with another car. Trip from there on was flawless and and staff was great.

  We checked in with Michael Akuchie, Assistant Branch Rental Manager at the Bayshore location. Michael was very professional and patient with us as we wanted to upgrade to a like vehicle which we currently drive. Michael gave us the number to contact customer service/ StateFarm and we were able to upgrade our rental. Nick Rodriguez was also instrumental in getting the vehicle, vacuumed and washed before we drove off the lot. Upon returning the vehicle, the office was quite busy as it was a Friday. We stood in the general line until an employee asked that any returns form a line to the left. We checked out with Michael, who again, efficiently closed out our rental ticket and emailed the receipt to us. Great Service excellence as evidenced by the collaborative efforts of Michael, Nick and Haley. We will absolutely rent again from this location.
