    I want to start by saying I never needed ENTERPRISE to issue any discounts or special treatment for a horrible experience! I rented a compact car from Friday 7/3-7/5 I was 100% aware that it was a COMPACT vehicle which is what I wanted not for PRICE but because i simply needed it for work which was 55min back and forth. After receiving the vehicle and once I drove off I realized the car was very rundown and dirty I returned to see if something could be done but couldn’t wait any longer because they were extremely busy. I called customer line to see if they had any other compact vehicles but of course they couldn’t help me she said I’d just have to return and see. Upon returning the vehicle I spoke to a worker who I was voicing my opinion about my experience and he kept emphasizing that it was a CHEAP car option. Never apologized just kept saying the vehicle was the CHEAPEST option. I was confused I didn’t know renting a smaller car meant feeling unsafe & driving a car that was so rundown and dirty! I rent ALOT for work & I have never rented a compact vehicle from Hertz or any other rental company in such poor condition. Mortal of the story when I pay for something I want to feel like it’s safe and reliable no matter the price. I rented that vehicle because that’s the vehicle I wanted if I wanted a luxury vehicle i would have booked one money was never the issue reliability was. DO NOT ASK A CUSTOMER HOW WAS THEIR EXPERIENCE AND BLAME THEM FOR IT…

    Just ask for Haley K.—seriously! She is the human embodiment of joy. 😄 Enterprise is always my go-to for rental cars, and the Bayshore location is hands-down my favorite because of Haley. She somehow manages to make renting a car feel like catching up with an old friend. She's incredibly helpful, always has a smile on her face, and I'm convinced she's a professional problem solver disguised as a rental agent. No matter what I throw at her (including my endless shenanigans 😅), she handles everything with grace, patience, and a great sense of humor. Haley is the kind of employee every business wishes they had. Thank you for always going above and beyond—you make every rental experience easy and enjoyable!

    By far the worst possible rental car experience! Back on 6/7 I went to pick up my rental that I reserved two weeks prior and of course they didn’t have it there. They tried to offer me a smaller size vehicle which I did not want, a truck which was useless since I needed a larger suv that I reserved for a family getaway and kept harping about a mini van which I clearly said no to more than once. After I told them per your company policy if you don’t have my reservation it’s policy to upgrade us for free they refused and said we had to pay for it. They said “maybe” our vehicle we reserved would be back by the time they closed. We left and called the customer service number which we were completely lied to by the escalation team which they stated “yes you are correct that is our policy to upgrade you for free since they didn’t have your reservation and that a district manager would call you asap”. This was 2:30pm on a Friday. We waited until 5pm and called back the customer service line and were basically told we were lied to and call backs from a district manager takes atleast a few days and there was nothing they could do. We called the location back right after which we were I. Hold for 45 mins and then finally we were told magically they had our vehicle after being told earlier they didn’t have it. When we finally got there to pick up our vehicle the suv REAKED of weed so strong even the employee said that was not good and super strong odor. We had no other choice but to take it since it was 6pm and we needed this vehicle for our weekend trip. It’s been three weeks no and NO ONE reached out to us about all this issues and that is unacceptable and just a joke. Never be coming back to enterprise after this!

    Thank you Desmond Gomez for helping me get in the right vehicle. My car was down for repairs and I was so happy this location is open on Sundays since the one off Midway is not. The online vehicle wasn't right and Desmond took the time to make it right, I got the size I needed. A little over a week later I got to drop it off on a very busy evening, and Desmond helped me again. He's a very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant individual and I wish him best of luck on his management training. He made the experience go so much faster. Second time renting from this location with good hours but we have rented from enterprise out of state and from Melbourne to the Treasure coast for over 20 yrs with no real issues.

    I needed a car for a trip to NC and decided to rent a vehicle here. I made the reservation online and arrived at 11:30am. Upon arrival, I made contact with the coolest member of the team who introduced himself as Michael Akuchie. Mr. Akuchie was a great representative for Enterprise. He was welcoming, had a great attitude and greeted me by name after one time of telling him my name. After paying for the rental vehicle, I was given a minivan. As I inspected it, I noticed it had the front right turning signal was missing. I informed another representative of my findings. I entered the building and made contact with Mr. Akuchie. After disclosing my issue, I waited 10-20 minutes and received another vehicle. Mr. Akuchie apologized for the inconvenience and wished me a safe drive. The next minivan I had was a 2023 Chrysler. It was clean, but it had a musky odor to it. Probably the previous user was the problem, but it drove excellent. After returning from my trip, I washed the car and filled it with gas. As soon as I arrived to Enterprise, Mr. Akuchie immediately recognized me and greeted me by name. I explained my issues to Mr. Akuchie which he immediately found a resolution to my problem. My deposit was provided and they drove me home. My overall experience was still excellent. Mr. Akuchie is a great employee and was very enthusiastic to assist from the moment I entered.
