    While driving from Naples to Georgia. Our car light started to flash. On transit 250 van we just bought. Pulled over to the nearest autozone 1 hour left to close. Soon as we got here light went off. However we met Latoya she told us if light is not on may not give reading. She still tried it and we got codes about misfiring. 3 different plugs that needed to be changed. We called dealership informed them of what was happening. They could not help us due to distance we googled found mobile mechanic One Call Repair. Came told us the to get parts. By this point store was near closing. We bought parts Latoya made sure she spoke with dealership to make sure we got right parts and to make sure they had it in stock. Once the mechanic got here he checked fused since our headlights also went out and noticed we needed new bulbs and also another part needed to be changed with valves. Latoya waited got us checked out. She went above and beyond for us while in the middle of no where to us which going through this situation and just having doubt and feeling hopeless. She made us feel safe and at ease. She made sure make sure we had everything before leaving. As someone who is ex banker this level of customer service is the kind of service that continues to keep sales and clients coming back. Her service was so great even the machine new her from last location. Said she’s great. That level of leadership Reputation is hard to find. She earned a life long customer and will be referring others to this location. This isn’t just about sales this was someone showing empathy listening patience with us and really just taking her time to make us understand. Her knowledge on the parts cars all of it was mind blowing. Our vehicle is currently try being fixed half way done. Will we able to drop work load off to Georgia and return to Florida. To bring car to dealership to have time finish off other parts. Without her staying a little later patience care we could not have got this done or feel at ease while going through this tough situation. Thank you Mrs. Latoya James. Her leaders need to know this kind of work Should be praised. Thank you One Call Repair LLC. Autozone thank you for hiring her. We would have been stranded.

    As we all know, in Florida it gets HOT! We’ve had a few nice days lately, but the A/C in my Lexus decided to stop working, and I was determined to get it fixed. I went into AutoZone assuming that if you buy a part, an employee might help install it. Logan kindly explained that he wasn’t allowed to physically work on customer vehicles. I asked if he could at least guide me, and he said yes. I purchased the item and we went outside. I had the hood up and everything uncovered, ready to go. Logan looked at it and said, “Oh man, this is not going to be easy.” He asked if I had a tool to remove the cap and cover. I grabbed my car charger because it had a flat edge, and he immediately said, “No, we have tools.” I tried doing it myself and it just wasn’t working. Then Logan stepped in and said, “I’ll help you.” I am FOREVER GRATEFUL! I HAVE A/C AGAIN!!! Not only did Logan go above and beyond, but he also took time to educate me and explain what to do if any problems came up in the future. That kind of customer service is rare these days. AutoZone — Logan is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you again, Logan, for your patience, kindness, and willingness to help. You turned a hot, stressful situation into a great experience!

    Evan helped me when my engine light came on and fixed the issue so I didn’t have to take my car to the dealership. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and knew right away what was going on. Thanks ! Great store to visit!

    My mom walked inside for a battery at 8:53. They closed at 9 o’clock, so I guess they didn’t want to really help her since when she asked for a battery they both died and looked at their Watches. Very unprofessional very rude. Wouldn’t even go outside to look out what kind of battery it was. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. My mom has been in the medical field for five years and I’ve never seen her treat people like this

    Very disappointed in staff, a women with short hair in gray shirt refused my return claiming im returning a broken used air filter. I was offered store credit. I was looking forward to buying more items than the filter was worth but decided to give me a hard time , I’ll rather shop elsewhere for now on
