As we all know, in Florida it gets HOT! We’ve had a few nice days lately, but the A/C in my Lexus decided to stop working, and I was determined to get it fixed. I went into AutoZone assuming that if you buy a part, an employee might help install it. Logan kindly explained that he wasn’t allowed to physically work on customer vehicles. I asked if he could at least guide me, and he said yes.
I purchased the item and we went outside. I had the hood up and everything uncovered, ready to go. Logan looked at it and said, “Oh man, this is not going to be easy.” He asked if I had a tool to remove the cap and cover. I grabbed my car charger because it had a flat edge, and he immediately said, “No, we have tools.”
I tried doing it myself and it just wasn’t working. Then Logan stepped in and said, “I’ll help you.” I am FOREVER GRATEFUL! I HAVE A/C AGAIN!!!
Not only did Logan go above and beyond, but he also took time to educate me and explain what to do if any problems came up in the future. That kind of customer service is rare these days.
