  I was greeted by an employee who was on his first day of work. He was very cordial, throughout my service visit. The young lady,who signed me in, was nice as well. The Center was extremely busy and I was asked if I was leaving my vehicle? I told them, I was not. I came in for a slow leak in a tire. After being there for quite awhile, The Manager informed me that the sensor has indicated the wrong tire with the leak. According to him it goes back to the last rotation I had. The mechanic at the car dealership did not update the sensors after rotating the tires. Duh. My tires actually were about teady for replacement, therefore, I opted for a full set of tires. As I sat and waited, I noticed that the Manager was not doing a great job of training the new employee. He just threw things out about their operations as he thought about them, no order or system. It also appeared that the young lady that handles sign in and payment must have been a fairly new employee as well. Being a Manager, myself, I immediately noticed that even though they were very busy, things could have been better organized. The customer service was very good.

  Excellent Fast service came in last minute with a tire. It had a nail in it, and they literally took care of me and I was in and out of 40 minutes.

  Camy welcomed me and Joseph did the service on my car. These men were helpful, pleasant, and knew what they were doing. I will continue to go to Tire Choice on Bay Shore Boulevard in Port St. Lucie.

  5 stars! Great customer service. Honest and reliable. I got a flat tire on I95 on Sunday afternoon, called around to several tire places who didn’t have or wouldn’t try to get the tire I needed for a 2026 Traverse. I luckily found Tire Choice, they had their supplier bring the tire from a warehouse, put it on and got me back on the road within an hour. Rich was fantastic!
