Terrible customer sevice. Just disconnect all your phone lines if this is how you operate. Nobody will answer the phone here. Can't ask a simple 10 second question about whether they can do a printout for wheel alignment. Yes or no? Done. First call Someone from india or somewhere answered the phone then "transferred me to the service manager." Nobody answered - hold music for 5 mins. Then it bounced me back to the outsourced call center. They wanted to "take down my number and call me back." Then I said hey please just connect me to someone. Suddenly they're able to transfer me "directly" to the same service manager. Phone rings instead of hold music. Imagine that. Someone from the actual location answered and said "thanks for calling please hold" and immediately put me on hold again and it's been another 5 minutes. I've now been on hold for 12 minutes. Avoid this place if you're looking for any kind of professionalism. Google says they're "less busy than usual" and I can see why.

Just overall bad experience. Scheduled an appointment for a tire change. Took the car there. They said it would be done in a few hours. Came back 7 hours later and they didn’t even start yet. I’m pretty sure they forgot about the car because the store closed in 35 minutes. Then 3 days later the tire kept leaking air and going flat. We took it back and they said they’d look at it. We left it over night with them. Came back 24 hours later and they didn’t even look at the car yet. Come to find out they put the tire on wrong and that’s why it was leaking air. Customer service wasn’t that good and bad service in general.
