  With to much distance between me and my young adult daughter I was unfortunately unable to assist her in the purchase of what we would come to find as a complete lemon of a first vehicle, I sent my daughter into a trusted mechanic I have found in tires choice St Lucie West. They treated my daughter with absolute care as if the gentleman helping her with his own daughter. I received pictures and advice across the state and all the unfortunately the car was determined to be a complete loss he treated us with honesty and respect! For absolutely no fee and not even accepting a tip I was met with pictures and explanations that we could absolutely trust. I am so thankful to these guys for not letting my daughter get back onto the road in a car that would absolutely be unsafe and was completely unfixable. They say the judge a character is what people do when no one's looking or when they stand nothing to gain and I have to say that these people are chock full of character! If you need good service or just an honest opinion do not pass these guys up! I do wish I had the gentleman's name that took such good care of us but I'm thinking once he reads this he'll know who I'm speaking about. I am very grateful for this gentleman in all of the excellent staff at tires choice St Lucie West! Thank you so very much! It means more than you know! I'm so glad that even though I wasn't able to be there physically the gentleman treated my daughter with the care and respect she deserved! I can't say this enough please go to tires choice for all your tire and automotive care needs! The management and employees of this establishment really care about their customers!

  Want to say thank you to Ken and especially Chris for the estimate and quick repair!!! New tires, brakes, rotors etc. got my Jeep back up and moving smoothly as a highway driver. Appreciated the quick service, same day for all the work needed to be done as well. Awesome job!!

  Store was busy and both Ken and Carlos were working hard to keep things moving along as smooth as they could. Guys in the shop were working just as hard and quick on the vehicles. Got my tires on and alignment adjusted a lot quicker than what I’m used to. Great customer service and outstanding work.

  *Long post ahead A mistake... Tire patch and remount... Simple right? Nope, not only did it take 7+ hours for a tire patch to be completed but an additional 2 hours for a remount. Great... Then asked if I wanted to simply do $20 cash no paperwork out the door. Suspicious. But wait it gets better... Then come to find out there was a discrepancy with the TPMS with the tire in question. Manager tells me to drive more... Wrong, the TPMS light was FLASHING that indicates a legitimate issue. Manage wanted decided to make the unnecessary comment "are you a mechanic". Cute but my response was no but I CAN read. Showed him the literal entry in the OWNERS MANUAL FOR THE SPECIFIC ISSUE and was rudely dismissed. After convincing him to actually do their job they confirmed the issue but won't do anything the next day, great. Now the fun begins, I pressure tested the tire, it was over 10lbs over spec on the tire and I had to wake the sensor myself since they were clearly incapable of finishing the job. To the unprofessional manager, you are the reason why these shops get a bad reputation. Get off your high horse. Glad it wasn't a serious problem, clearly you and your team cannot be counted on.

  Had an appt, still had to wait 1 1/2 hours. They took walk-in before me when I had an appt. I’m going to have to find someplace else to go. This is not how someone with an appt should be treated.
