  I brought my car in for a transmission fluid change they said it wasn't a good idea with my age of car so then they opted to do a diagnosis come to find out that diagnosis was $130 they had my car for 2 days they told me it was done the very first day 5:00 at night 5:00 the next day I pull up and there's a guy under the hood of my car my hood is up and there is still paperwork dangling from my car just seems pretty sketchy why would you have my car in a bay all day from yesterday if you were done working on it and by the way no work was ever performed just a diagnosis

  Had tire appt at 2pm, took off work to get here… Ordered tires at 7:30am morning of confirming they will arrive prior. Arrived at 1:45pm no tires, delayed… Received call 4:00pm come on down, was here in less than 10mins. It’s currently 5:00 tires have been here an hour, truck not touched… Told myself I wouldn’t be back after 4 months ago issue with my Lexus here. New tires, and the tpms they couldn’t get program. So had to pay for another set and then they couldn’t program them. Took to the dealership and was charges $1300 to program and I ate it… Don’t let this place let you down too… not saying “don't go here” but this is my second bad experience within the 2026 year. My first experience with new tires in 2024 was flawless…

  I stopped by for a tire, I waited a few mins before being acknowledged. The guy in the front couldn't bother assist me because he was texting his "manager" I ended up leaving. I understand if the lobby was full but maybe stop for a few mins to assist a potential customer. Customer service certainly lacking

  I had a great experience at Tire Choice thanks to their new manager, Andrew. Even though he’s only been there a few days, his professionalism, patience, and calm demeanor really stood out. He went above and beyond by contacting my Fidelity warranty company directly to discuss pricing and covered services, so I never had to play middleman. I was able to sit back and relax knowing Andrew and his team had everything under control. He kept me informed throughout the process and handled every issue promptly. If he continues leading with this kind of work ethic and customer service, I have no doubt he’ll improve both the business and customer wait times. Highly recommend asking for Andrew.
