  Great Customer Service. Feels like 1950's service with priority on doing quality job with relationship building. Associates keep you informed on what they are doing and why and let you know if something is needed. From the bottle of water when you pull up to the very cool designed air freshener given after service complete its just a great experience. I have brought 3 of my 5 cars there and will continue.

  Service technicians are friendly, helpful, and very thorough. First time I came, they didn’t have my air filter in stock so Ben ran to the O’Reilly’s to get one, I really appreciated that extra care. Shoutout to Ben and Patrice!

  From the phone call all the way to my actual appointment, these guys are ON POINT! If I could provide 10 stars I would, every step of the way was detailed and transparent! They walked me through the entire process and the best part is that it only took 10 mins from walk in to pull out!! Definitely will be back and I recommend you choose STRICKLAND BROTHERS!

  The customer service here is truly outstanding. This is the first oil change where the team actually showed me the exact filter going into my car — real transparency you don’t see at most shops. They walk you through everything, explain what’s being used, and get the job done fast. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other local places, and the quality of service is on another level. If you want honest, efficient, and professional car care, this is the place to go.

  I had such a great experience here! I wasn’t expecting everything to be done as quickly as it was, but they were super efficient without making me feel rushed. Everyone was friendly, funny, and very easy to talk to. I really appreciated how well they communicated and explained everything to me in a way that I could actually understand. As a healthcare worker, I also noticed they offered a first responder/healthcare worker discount. I honestly didn’t expect to be included, but they made me feel appreciated and valued, which was such a nice surprise. ❤️ I did have to move a little quickly because I had a limited amount of time before my babysitter needed me, but they were WAY faster than I expected. I really appreciated their honesty, efficiency, and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
