Spoke with Michael the other day over the phone. I had just bought new tires in CT at a Town Fair tire location. I learned that Mavis owns them. I drove to our new home here in Port St Lucie and picked up a nail on the way. Michael was very polite on the phone, quick and professional. Michael and Carlos got me in the next morning to take care of the issue. I dont know their policy here, but Town Fair tires offers free flat tire repair and remove objects from tires whether you are a customer or not... Mavis team members did the same for me! Definitely coming back when I need assistance!

These guys are amazing! I was in Tradition for a doctors appointment and my light came on for my tire. I came here as I had visited in the past my local Mavis in Vero and found them to be just as incredibly helpful. Always clean, always curious. They got me taken care of in a timely fashion and back on the road. I can not recommend them enough!!

I ordered my tires through another company delivery and a work order to be sent to Mavis on 9/19 when I got there the tires and work order was not at Mavis. Michael, Carlos and Matt assisted me with patience and professionalism throughout this whole ordeal. You have a fabulous crew at this location who should be recognized for their outstanding customer services. You have a lifelong customer in me. Thank you so much for everything I truly appreciate you!

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! Carlos went above and beyond to make sure everything with my car was taken care of properly. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what needed to be done without ever making me feel pressured. Carlos was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and genuinely seemed to care about getting my car taken care of and safely back on the road. That level of customer service is hard to find these days and really sets this location apart. A huge thank you to Carlos and his entire team for taking such great care of me and my car. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!
