  I had the job done at Mavis tire Brakes. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. The service was quick, the prices were fair, and I felt like they genuinely cared about taking care of my tire I had a screw in my left front tire. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional tire service. I will definitely be coming back!

  The assistant manager Matt was great. He was friendly and beat the quote that I had from another business. I bought 4 tires mount and balanced. I asked him to make sure the tech started all lugs by hand before they airgun them in. I walked into the service area when I saw tech open my hood. I questioned the tech and he said he was checking my battery for level? My battery is a week old. Then he raised the car as I watched. He immediately said your alignment is bad. I just had the whole front end replaced. I told tech that. Then he said your ball joints are bad. Again I said everything is new. He got an attitude because he couldn’t up sale me. I’ve been restoring cars and doing mechanic work for 60 years. As I was watching him and the other Tech, mounting and balance in my Tires. They were looking back at me with weird faces. And the tech who put the tire on the car started hand screwing in the lugs as I wanted, and turns around on me and points to the lungs as he twisted the in sarcastically. That is not professional. I told matt about it, and he said that the Man has been moody lately. I told him that’s not good Customer Service. You need to be friendly to your customers and Matt agreed. I said I would go back there home because of Matt and his attitude.

  Mike and Lou were absolutely great to work with! They were friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was taken care of. It’s clear they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this tire shop, especially if you get the chance to work with Mike and Lou!

  I came here the other day for a tire rotation, and was assisted by Matt. He was extremely kind and professional along with the other guys from the time he checked me in to the time I came back and picked up my car. Today I happen to be in the area and I remember they have a free air pump. I stopped by, anticipating to put air in my own tires considering I wasn’t getting any service and I was met outside by Matt, who offered to not only fill the one tire I came for, but he checked all four tires and insured I had the correct psi. I highly recommend this location. Thanks again, Matt.

  What an amazing experience at a very stressful time. It’s a Sunday at 4:50pm we are traveling back home from being in South Florida. We get our second flat tire of the day with no available spare tire. In pure desperation I called a Tire Kingdom store and was once again let down by them. In pure desperation knowing I have no time to waste I found Mavis Tires. I called explained the situation and asked if they could help knowing they’d be accepting a new tire job at closing time or a minute or two after closing. Michael said it wasn’t a problem they’d be there awaiting our arrival. Upon arrival they gladly opened a bay door grabbed the tire and went straight to work. Marvin and Pasquale had the tire seated on the rim and ready for us to head on right about the same time Michael completed his necessary paperwork. Every single gentleman in that store was pleasant, kind and welcoming even at the end of their day when I’m sure they are tired and ready to go home. Mavis you’ve found a new customer if we ever find one in Brevard County. We can’t thank these guys enough.
