I had an appointment scheduled almost a week in advance for 1:00 PM. I arrived a little early since I was already in the area, fully understanding I wouldn’t be taken before my scheduled time. The front desk associate, Kelsey, was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire visit she was the only positive part of this experience, and I truly appreciate her professionalism.
I was informed that technicians would return from lunch at 1:00 PM. However, once 1:00 PM came and went, nothing happened. Around 1:15 PM, I was told the technician was in a “insurance” meeting. By 1:30 PM, my truck was still sitting outside untouched. It wasn’t until close to 2:00 PM that my vehicle was finally brought into the shop for a simple oil change and tire rotation. This part left a bad taste already because why giving me an appointment if you are not honoring it and you know, respect people time and business.
Around 3:00 PM, a manager approached me and told me my rear wheels were missing a part that helps with the vibration (truck is lifted) which was concerning. only to come back a 2 minutes later and say he had “found them on the floor” and to “disregard what he said”. This lack of clarity and attention to detail was unsettling.
He then told me my truck would be ready shortly. Another 45 minutes passed with no updates. At this point, I was getting increasingly anxious as I needed to pick up my child from school but I didn’t want to put pressure on them because I wanted job well done, so I stepped outside to walk around trying to get distracted. I never rushed the staff or complained during the process, but the delay was sooo significant they even started randomly apologizing and it made me think something was really wrong, luckily that was not the case but What in the world?
At 3:50 PM, I was finally told my truck was ready. After paying and going outside, I noticed the job still wasn’t fully completed the windshield sticker everywhere gives you wasn’t even placed, the dashboard “oil life” was not reset, and the key to unlock my wheels was not returned so I had to go back for them to hand those to me like a couple coins of chance no big deal.. and they sure knew they messed up again because one of them was waiting for us by the door with the key and the sticker on his hand and apologized again. These are basic steps that should not be overlooked.
Additionally, the manager or supervisor whatever he is appeared disorganized and unprofessional, even confusing my husband for another customer and asking him unrelated questions about someone else’s truck. It created an uncomfortable and chaotic environment.
In total, it took nearly 3 hours to complete what should have been a routine service. The repeated delays, lack of communication, and incomplete work made this a very frustrating experience.
I appreciate Kelsey’s effort and professionalism, but unfortunately, the overall service fell far below expectations. I will definitely NOT be returning. will not recommend this place to anyone ever.
