Buck was quick, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I found I had a flat tire after 6pm on a Friday evening while on vacation at Cape San Blas. He reaponded quickly, and he plugged and inflated the tire. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs roadside assistance.

My parents were stranded in Panama City when their Jeep stopped running while they were running errands. I called County Line Towing to see if they could go get their jeep since they are local and we needed the car back to Wewa. Peewee, one of the drivers, was there in no time. He beat me there! I picked them up, he picked the jeep up and brought it right back to their house. The driver was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this towing company.

Not sure if this made it to you so this is a little insurance that it does.. in regards to your reply on how you do business. Here is my response to yours: Thank you for confirming that the Sheriff's Office provided the wrong phone number. That means the vehicle owner was relying on the information given by law enforcement and had no reason to believe it was incorrect. Telling a 79-year-old woman that she should have ignored the information provided by deputies and instead searched online for your company is not a reasonable defense. Most people, especially elderly citizens would trust the information given to them by law enforcement. The fact remains that because she was unable to reach the correct number, storage fees accumulated and she was forced to pay hundreds of dollars to recover her vehicle. Whether the rate was set by the Sheriff's Office or not does not change the financial burden placed on her due to circumstances beyond her control. What stands out most is not the fee itself, but the lack of compassion shown toward an elderly woman who was simply trying to recover her vehicle using the information she was given. Businesses are remembered not only for the services they provide, but for how they treat people when problems arise. Or, if you want it a little sharper: Your response actually proves the point of the review. You acknowledge that the Sheriff's Office gave her the wrong number, yet somehow the blame is still being placed on a 79-year-old woman for not conducting her own investigation online. Most people would trust the phone number provided by law enforcement. Expecting an elderly woman to know the information was wrong and then search the internet for an alternative number is unrealistic and insensitive. Whether the charges came from your rates or a rotation schedule is beside the point. The result was that a senior citizen was charged hundreds of dollars after being unable to contact the correct party through no fault of her own. The issue isn't the paperwork. The issue is the complete lack of empathy shown toward someone you met face-to-face and knew was elderly and struggling to resolve the situation.
