  I recently had two very different car wash experiences. At Master Car Wash on US 1 in Port St. Lucie, I was required to put a sticker on my brand new vehicle and forced to provide my personal information, which made me uncomfortable since it felt like tampering and an invasion of privacy. By contrast, at Tammy's Express Car Wash next to Sam's Club on US 1, it was cheaper, used a license plate reader instead of stickers, didn't require any personal information, and had much better drying equipment. But, at the other location, um, at Master Car Wash, the general manager, Paul Gilbert, responded rudely and acted unprofessionally, abruptly canceling my membership rather than addressing my concerns. For privacy, price, service, and equipment quality, I strongly recommend Tammy's Express Car Wash.

  The crew did a great job of cleaning up the crumbs, getting the dirt from the crevices, and full wipe down. They had an air conditioned waiting room and clean bathrooms.

  I love this place! Especially now that the employees are allowed to accept tips. I always get the best wash and the interior clean and the guys and girls that do the interiors are great. I’m a pretty regular customer so they know exactly how I like for my truck to be done and they pay full attention to everything and get the job done.

  The car wash is thorough but I feel like the associate, initials (VG), was not truthful with me. I visited 8/16 at 4:33 pm to have my Honda CRV washed and the interior detailed. I was told that the detail section was closed. When I was outside of the wash and using the vacuums, I could see the detailers in the bay just standing around not doing anything. I was out there vacuuming for at least 10 minutes. In addition, I called the car wash the next day (because I was suspicious) to ask about detaling hours. I was told detailing is open until 7 pm, 7 days a week. I was also told that I could come for detailing while the car wash is closed this week for equipment upgrades. I am writing this review because I am disappointed. I have used Tommy's for a while even when I lived in Jonesboro, GA. The customer service is usually great and my car gets clean.
