  The car wash is thorough but I feel like the associate, initials (VG), was not truthful with me. I visited 8/16 at 4:33 pm to have my Honda CRV washed and the interior detailed. I was told that the detail section was closed. When I was outside of the wash and using the vacuums, I could see the detailers in the bay just standing around not doing anything. I was out there vacuuming for at least 10 minutes. In addition, I called the car wash the next day (because I was suspicious) to ask about detaling hours. I was told detailing is open until 7 pm, 7 days a week. I was also told that I could come for detailing while the car wash is closed this week for equipment upgrades. I am writing this review because I am disappointed. I have used Tommy's for a while even when I lived in Jonesboro, GA. The customer service is usually great and my car gets clean.

  They have the most unprofessional customer service and half the time the car wash is shut down for maintenance. Do not waste your hard earned money on this so called business.

  I had forgotten what a quality car wash service was like. The interior cleaning service was also one of the best I had experienced.

  They do a great job detailing the inside of your car. They also give a discount if you have a membership with Sam's Club!
