  Visited this car wash for the first time and though the customer service at the window was great, everything else went downhill. The wash and vacuum wasn’t anything spectacular. My entire licence plate frame was torn off. Manager took a report and said a claim would be filed and I would be contacted. It has been months now and no call or email even to say the claim is denied. I knew nothing would be done because he was already making excuses as to why the frame came off. I’ve always used drive through car wash and I’ve never had any issues, however I decided to try this one because it was closer to home. I’ve not been back there and will never go back.

  So far so good! We used a free wash that week. Got in the mail... And we will definitely be back. Course it rained later that afternoon but boy did our car look beautiful for several hours!

  The worst experience I have ever had at a car wash, this was sometime around 01/26. I was new to the Port Saint Lucie area, and I visited this establishment and I purchased a membership. I also decided to have the promotional inside detail done. I went through the wash and then the detail. There was nothing inside the vehicle except two rugs I placed on floor in back floor. When I went through the interior cleaning the young man told me to go back through as the wash did not remove everything nor did it dry the exterior at all. I followed his instruction and pulled to the back after the second wash to hand dry myself. That is when I realized the vehicle was still dirty on exterior of vehicle. I then looked inside the vehicle more realizing the rugs had been moved from the floor and left in the rear seat. When placing rugs back on floor sand was in the seat and spread to the floor. I asked for refund and the manager came out. His name was Evan. He advised me that if there is dirt on a vehicle for a while it will take actual rubbing to come off. I am one who keeps my vehicle well maintained and hand dry it after washes the dirt had not been there long. He refused refund and advised me to contact corporate. I asked Evan for the number for corporate, and he advised me to look it up. I did call corporate after looking it up and it was a recording each time I tried. I left a detailed message and received an email with their response. Corporate advised me that the manager had to provide the refund. I at no time have spoken to a live person about this except Evan. At the time Evan denied my return of payment which was actually minimal due to the promotion he was very condescending. He did offer to rewash it again and I declined. He walked away from me when I said I would be reporting to corporate. He stated he has been the manager there for multiple years and it didn't matter. I then retorted I hope you go far in this business with that attitude. I then reconsidered and approached Evan and his staff where he was discussing me and said I would take him up on the offer of going through the wash bay again. He said he had to decline due to my comment of hoping he goes far in the business was a threat and he was not comfortable with me. Since this time, I have purchased a membership at Mister Car Wash in PSL and have been experiencing fantastic service for over 4 months. I am a 60-year-old woman who works in customer service, something lacking at Tommy's Express Car Wash. I did not present a threat to this gentleman or establishment. I wasn't going to post a review, however decided to in hopes of helping someone else avoid this experience or similar situation. Giving 1 star as I had to give it something to post review. It should be negative stars.

  Anthony’s name gets repeated here a lot…but for good reason. He is an very kind, compassionate, and motivated worker. He washed my floor mats, Checked in with me to verify my wash quality, and even helped me out with the free month promotion. Thanks anthony! Truly an asset to this establishment.
