  Maeca Miranda were great. My service went well. Pricing was sorted wonderfully for me. Also as someone who tends ask questions they’re very calm and didn’t get irritated at all, which I appreciate.

  Had a really positive experience today at Tire Kingdom/Mavis on St. Lucie West. David and Michael were both extremely kind, professional, and honest throughout the whole process. They were even down a mechanic today and still got me in and out in under 2 hours with multiple services and inspections completed. As someone who recently purchased a used vehicle, I appreciated that they took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to pressure me into unnecessary work. They were upfront about what did and did not need attention and gave me realistic next steps for a stubborn lug nut issue instead of forcing it and risking damage. It’s hard to find auto shops that are both efficient and trustworthy, and this location really impressed me. Thank you again to David and Michael for making the experience easy and stress-free! I will definitely be back.

  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Will. From the beginning, he was very professional, friendly, and attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the service being done on my car. It’s not easy to find people with such patience and a positive attitude nowadays, but Will truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I’m very thankful for his help and would definitely return because of the excellent customer service he provided. Highly recommend asking for Will if you visit this location!

  I visited Tire Kingdom located at Port Saint Lucie West Blvd to replace two tires on my Tesla Model 3, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. David assisted us right away he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain all estimated service charges. We weren’t able to proceed immediately since we wanted to check Tesla’s mobile service option, but he reassured us that our request would remain available if we returned. The following day, I came back to move forward, and David once again provided prompt and efficient service. He made sure everything was handled smoothly and even helped me get set up comfortably in the waiting area so I could continue working remotely, including access to free Wi-Fi. I also would extent the appreciation to all the service team members that worked to get my tires replaced. Overall, the experience was exceptional. The communication was transparent, expectations were clearly set, and the customer service was genuinely helpful and honest. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return for future car services.
