  absolute terrible customer service george at the counter took my call heard me ask him if i could come in and bring my tires to get flipped i got there got 1 tire flipped went to go pay while the other got done and george tells me that “they don’t do tire flips” so why make me waste my time and drive to them. do no recommend

  Tim and George were in bad attitude with me, I scheduled to an appointment for 2pm , i arrived about 1:20pm and I had to ask if they're going to do my 2pm alignment service... George the "manager" said "no" he have many things at the same time and definitely not and i had to wait until 3pm??? .... if I set an appointment why does I need to wait 1 more hour.... no making sense 😕 They're attitude was terrible I don't recommend this store it all and costumer service bad also.

  What was already a long day turned even more stressful when a self-tapping screw lodged into my driver’s side rear tire on the way to the vet for my dog’s treatment. Thankfully, we made it to Tire Kingdom just before closing. Tim quickly pulled up my information, and within minutes the car was on the lift to assess the situation. We were incredibly fortunate, the screw hadn’t fully penetrated the tire. The technician confirmed there was no damage, and they even topped off the air in all of my tires before we left. When checking out, George let us know there would be no charge. I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service and kindness. At no point did they make us feel like an inconvenience, even though no repair was ultimately needed.
