  The car was in bad condition with high miles and a lot of wear and tear. I had to wait 30 minutes to get the car.

  When I was sideswiped by another vehicle, arrangements were made to have body work done at a local collision center. A rep from Enterprise picked me up promptly and brought me to pick up my car at the local Enterprise. The car was tidy, efficient, and a newer Toyota. I loved it. The dropoff was just as streamlined. The rep at Enterprise the day of pickup, Emma, was expertly juggling a surge in people, courteously and warmly. She was immediately likeable and professional. Overall, it was a great experience and I will always choose Enterprise. It is experiences like this that mean the most to me.

  I reserved the minivan on March 29th to pick up today April 10th at 10:00 a.m. I took an Uber to the get the vehicle. When I got there I had to wait in line at least 20 minutes for them to tell me we don't have your van not only do we not have your van we have no vehicle for you sorry too bad will call you an Uber and you can go back home this is the most unprofessional horrible experience I've ever had with any company in my entire life I reserved this van for a weekend getaway in Tampa and I still can't get a manager to call me I've been waiting over 4 and 1/2 hours for someone to call me back and they're telling me they can't cancel the reservation so I'm waiting and I don't know how I'm going to get my 25,000 travel miles back to my credit card and I have to make other arrangements for another vehicle don't ever do business with Enterprise they screwed me over I even called on Wednesday to make sure that everything was good and my reservation was good and they had my vehicle and they won't even reimburse me the $15 I spent on the Uber to get there!!!
