Magic Mike from auto zone store 4815 is the best sales person auto zone could have ever hired 100/100 knows his shit about cars I was save $300 going the route Mike told me and he is also hands on with any project problems you deserve a million stars I will always ask for him when I enter the store thanks again for the amazing service

On 04/29/2026 I was sold the wrong car battery by one of the associates at this store (the terminals were reversed). Because of this it ended up destroying my 2005 camry’s PCM board and Relay for the starter, resulting in $428 worth of repairs. I talked with the store manager the same day (Varrick D) explaining the situation. He told me to write down my name, number, and car model, and that he would pass my information to the district manager. Now as of 7/28/26 (over 2 months) no one has reached out to me to rectify the issue. I went into the store on 7/27/26 and talked with (Varrick D) about why no one has reached out to me, he stated since I did not submit any invoices for the repairs done they did not reach out, mind you they did not state this in the beginning. Now he is telling me to try calling the store on Thursday while the district manager is at that location to possibly talk to him. I feel like all he is doing is giving me the run around and not actively trying to remedy the situation. I have been a long time customer at this location for many years, purchasing all my batteries and oil/filters etc for my cars. It's disappointing the lack of good customer service I have received at this location.
