    I went to go get an oil change last Sunday. Everything seemed fine until yesterday. I was attempting to go to work and the red oil indicator lit up on the dash. I stepped out of the car and there was oil all over the ground. I attempted to call and the receptionist advised that they will leave a message with my service advisor Joshua. I waited for a while and then I called back because I needed to get this issue resolved. The receptionist transferred me to Joshua and I got his voicemail and left a message. I ended up having to go to a local mechanic to get this problem fixed. The mechanic told me that the oil filter was not tightened all the way. Not only did I have to pay the towing fee and for a new oil change, but I missed out on a full day of work and pay because I could not drive to work. I tried giving Honda a chance to correct this and even now I still have not received a callback. I am never going to this location again and I recommend you do the same.

    I’ve used this service department twice, once for my daughters vehicle and once for mine. The first visit they overfilled my daughter’s oil causing her oil sensor to trigger. The second visit with my vehicle their inspection showed my brake pads were in the yellow, unbeknownst to them I had just had them replaced two months prior. I did my due diligence and had the brake pads checked at another shop, you guessed it the brake pads are essentially new. I called to discuss these concerns and was told they really wouldn’t have changed the brake pads if they were fine. Oh really? Can you explain to me the purpose of a vehicle inspection then? If I can’t trust what’s on the inspection why is this service performed? I asked for the service manager to give me a call to discuss. Crickets…no call, no follow up. In addition to this incompetence they have got to be the most disorganized dealership I’ve ever had service at. I scheduled an 8:00 appointment and arrived a couple of minutes early to a long line of cars waiting for the service department to open and had to wait behind walk ins to get checked in. Ok they can’t help that right? No separate lane for appointments only?? But st least my car would be serviced before walk ins right? WRONG!! You wait behind everyone else. You also are BOMBARDED with salespeople, windshield people and anyone else they send to try to talk you into what they are selling. Lesson learned the $20.00 oil change special is worth what you pay for it and my time and reassurance that the work is being done correctly is worth spending full price at a trustworthy service department.

    Took pilot in because it wasn’t starting properly (service dept didn’t address the issue) after spending close to $5000 in “recommended Maintence” a week later the car won’t start! Called and ask for a supervisor, no one available to speak to! I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN! Unacceptable
