Received a quote from the maintenance department that constituted fraud more so than just a bad offer. $800 to replace 4 spark plugs, cabin and air filters were about $250, coolant for $300, etc - just absolutely egregious. Keep in mind this is for a 10 year old civic. I couldn't trust them to do the real repairs I needed - brakes & an axle. I had to go to another maintenance entity who did all of the work for less than half of the $3,500 estimate from this place.
Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. When we arrived, we weren’t even shown the vehicle we were looking for before already being sat down to talk numbers. We were provided with a $5,000 price increase between the online price and the in store price. When we questioned the difference, were told that the online price is priced aggressively to “get people in the door”. When we finally came to an agreement on price and went to financing, the woman in finance was visibly upset that we did not want to add on the warranty she was attempting to push. She began to “work numbers” and somehow begin to offer us a lower interest rate on our loan in order to get the warranty. This is when we called our credit union to get our own financing. When we returned back to the finance office to inform them, we were then met with the “finance manager” who let us know that he would no longer sell us the vehicle and the deal was off now that we were using our own financing. I reached out to the GM, Scott Long, to inform him of what I felt like were extremely slimy and unethical business practices. His response lacked concerned and care for what we went through, as if this is normal practice for them. I am disappointed that people show up to a job with the intent of scamming others for their own benefit and leadership is fine with it.

This was my third time using the Honda of Port Richey service center, and once again they exceeded my expectations. This recent visit my vehicle had to be towed to the dealership, and they made the entire process incredibly convenient—I didn’t have to be there until it was time to pick it up. My service advisor, Mason, was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was taken care of. The team quickly mounted a new tire, completed an oil change, and performed a wheel alignment, all with fast, professional service. It’s experiences like this that keep me coming back. Thank you, Mason and the entire service team, for taking such great care of my vehicle. Highly recommended!

I went to look at a black tesla model 3 on 6/11/26 that i seen online and made an appointment to test drive and potentially buy it, they said the car was being serviced and that it wasn’t currently available, i test drove another white tesla to get a feel for the car and i enjoyed the ride . I wanted to finance and negotiate the price of the black tesla model 3 that I originally came in to see but they kept steering me to buy the white tesla instead. When I was refusing to buy the white tesla and told them that i would be coming back next week once the black tesla is back from being serviced, the manger came by and said they don’t know when the car would be coming back and that the price on that car would be going up. After saying no multiple times and after saying i wanted the black tesla instead of the white one, they kept convincing me they could give me a good price on the white one and they wouldn’t be able to do the same for the black one. After being there for hours, they negotiated the price on the white one after consistently telling me the black one would be $5,000 more than the white one. I ended up buying the white tesla and just recently checked there website on 6/20/26 and the black tesla model 3 was available for the same price i seen online the day i made the appointment. Would not go back to buy a car at that dealership, they will lie and insist you to buy a car just to make a sale.
