Our experience with Honda of Port Richey was none other than amazing truthfully. Everyone in there is beyond welcoming, helpful, and very positive. As soon as my husband and I walked in the door we were greeted by 3 different people, asked if we wanted water, and they called someone to come to work with us immediately. Our salesman was Henry; he was very honest, polite, professional but all while making us feel comfortable and creating normal conversation. He got us into exactly what we wanted for our price range & we were very excited. The financial advisor AJ was very helpful & efficient with us & was detailed in everything. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable about any question we had & gave direct answers. I will recommend them over and over again to every single person I ever encounter. A HUGE thank you to Honda of Port Richey for all your help & making my family much more comfortable on our rides.

I waited to put in a review because I got a used van and I wanted to see how well it drove before I gave a review...
Never buy a used vehicle from these people.
They sold me a lemon back in October and it's been one thing after another with this vehicle. I understand that all of the used vehicles are sold "as is" but there is no way that this van should be falling apart after only 7 months...
The brakes were bad when I bought it and I was assured over and over that "service will reach out to you to schedule a time to bring it in and we'll take care of that for you". Service never called. I called repeatedly and I could not get through the shitty AI answering service to a human being in the service department because I wanted to make sure that they were going to cover the repairs before I drove up there and wasted my time. I wound up being forced to pay out of pocket to get them fixed. When I got them fixed, I found out that there was a whole host of other things that were not disclosed about the vehicle that were bad - the lower control arms on the front are shot, the power steering is leaking, there is a bad oil leak, the TPMS sensor is bad, and I just had the alternator die on me. I get the alternator replaced and now the ESC is out and needs to be fixed. It will cost me *more* to fix all of these things than we paid for this van! I don't even go very far in it - less than five miles a day. I feel lied to. Absolute garbage vehicle!
The service there is great but that's because they're trying to sell you a shitty used car that won't even last a whole single year before it disintegrates on you. Giving two stars instead of one only because they were very nice.
After this, and seeing how much maintenance costs are at the mechanic, I will *never* buy another Honda as long as I live!
Extremely rude and condescending parts staff who are unwilling to confirm part numbers, lie, then give a hard time returning after their mistakes. I told the manager who lied to me and gave me the wrong part and he threatened to not return the part if I kept "picking on him." I was not rude whatsoever, this is simple stuff. I expected some type of accountability or reprimand for the absolutely rude behavior and lying from the staff. Nothing. Also sale staff at front hanging out in brand new cars with legs up on their phone, no hello or holding the door. Nothing. I don't care for customer service normally but this is a car dealership. I expect way more from a Honda affiliated dealer.
Anthony L at Honda of Port Richey provided an outstanding car-buying experience for my son. From start to finish, he put in a tremendous amount of effort to make sure my son was able to get the car he wanted while also keeping the payments at a price he could comfortably afford.
Anthony was professional, patient, and truly took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel pressured. He worked hard to find the best options available and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His dedication to customer service and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

Sometimes life throws unexpected challenges our way that can impact finances and credit. We visited multiple dealerships that promised they could help, only to have us spend an entire day waiting and playing games with no real solution.
I can honestly say that Honda of New Port Richey and Lauren were completely different. From the very beginning, they were upfront, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process.
