  Went in without an appointment due to a screw in my rear tire. They fixed it quickly and correctly in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks for your help!

  I made an online appointment for a new tire since mine had large nail in it. After they looked my tire over they notified me my tire could be fixed and I didn’t need to buy a new tire! Excellent service and great honesty!

  I recently broke down on I-95 near the Port Orange exit, and while that was definitely unlucky, I got lucky by choosing this Mavis to have my car towed to. They were super busy, but they understood the situation I was in and still took the time to inspect my car, even though I had no clue what was wrong with it. Since I wasn’t local, I was not looking forward to leaving my car until the next day but I completely understood because it was close to closing time. But while I was figuring out my plans for the night, one of the mechanics came out to talk to me about what they found. It turned out my fuel tank and fuel pump are faulty so my fuel gauge gave me an inaccurate reading and I ran out of gas. He explained that he’d seen this issue before with my type of vehicle, so he tested his theory by putting $5 worth of gas in the tank and it started right up. They didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis and were upfront about what repair would be needed. But because I don’t live close by, the mechanic let me know I could safely drive my car home as long as I kept the tank above a quarter full. They even gave me paperwork with all the technical details to hand over to my local mechanic so they’d know exactly what needed to be done. I can’t thank this team enough for their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. They took time out of an already busy day to help me, explain everything clearly, and make sure I could get home safely. If you live near this Mavis, you’re lucky to have a shop like this in your area.

  Third time there all 3 times were horrible first time after alinement it sill pulled brought it back the next day and was told every part in front was no good yup same car 24 hrs later a year later next car both tire same size differt make can aline it cause tire are different make
