  I ran over something last week, causing my tire light to immediately come on, indicating that my right rear tire was completely flat. My boyfriend and I were in a huge rush to get to a concert in Tampa at 6:30. We arrived at the shop shortly after noon, and, after letting them know our situation, Dave was able to get us in and out in about thirty minutes. I was gobsmacked. Customer service was friendly and professional while being extra fast, given the circumstances. I would most definitely come back here for other services and I wholly recommend this shop to others.

  May 15th, 2026 I made a 2pm appointment! When I arrived I was told it would be a “a bir of a wait” I asked to describe “wait”. He said an at least an hour and a half!!! He offered NO resolution! My family has been going to Tuffy and then Mavis for 30 years! I will NEVER go there again! This is the 2nd time they have done this! I give this Clyde Morris NO stars.BUYER BEWARE!

  I ran over something on my way home from work and it put a hole in my tire removed the tire and took it to the shop they put new tire on the rim and it was close to closing time but they took the time to help. Thank you guys great service

  I went in today because my brake light had been out. I first went to Honda and was advised I had to replace the whole light. Then I went to O'Reilly and was advised the whole brake light needed to removed ro replace the bulb. The manager had a hard time removing the light and suggested i go to Mavis. After running errands, i found a Mavis location closest to where I was at the time. Not only was the service quick, but they provided the service at no charge due to it being minor maintenance. I was very grateful and almost shed tears. They were extremely helpful and professional. I will most definitely return when needed, as I feel they took care of me! 😊

  My experience with Mavis was exceptional. I called Monday night, close to closing, to find out if I had the road hazard warranty on my month old tires because I had a bolt in one of them. The man I spoke with took my information, told me he was going to research it, and call me back. He called back within 10 minutes and I had not purchased the warranty, which was no big deal. He asked what was going on and made me an appointment for the next morning. Took my car in this morning, everyone was very nice, and they got me checked in and patched my tire within 30 minutes, free of charge. I will definitely go back for future service needs to my car. Thank you so much!
