  Made an appointment online, drop of was super quick, got a call from the mechanic a few hours later from the mechanic who diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner. He told me what he did and found the part that failed and needed to order the part and should be replaced the next morning. First thing in the morning the mechanic called and told me that he had my vehicle fixed and he drove it to confirm everything was working properly. He also said he read the code on my check engine light and we discussed it to see if I need help with clearing it. Payment was easy and I was on my way Great shop, I’m impressed

  had an ongoing problem that nobody else could figure out, but they took the time to get to the root of the issue and solved it without unnecessary replacement of parts

  I recently drove from New Hampshire (near Canada) to Port Orange in a 2013 Tahoe. Brakes started getting soft in North Carolina. They started grinding in South Carolina. Mason’s was able to fit me in with an appointment the next day (Tuesday) because I was flying back to NH on Wednesday - leaving the car in PO. Brian was very professional and explained everything. It was ready to be picked-up Wednesday morning at 9:00am. They really helped me out in a pinch. When the Tahoe needs more work, I will definitely take it back to Mason’s.
