They took the time to properly diagnose the issue with our car rather than simply going with the expensive repairs that had previously been quoted by the dealership. After thoroughly looking into it, they determined that the issue had nothing to do with the dealership’s previous diagnosis, saving us from spending money on unnecessary repairs. I would definitely recommend Mason’s Automotive and will absolutely be going back to them for any future car service needs. Great business, honest and knowledgeable mechanics, and affordable prices.   I used Masons for the first time to diagnose and replace my truck ignition switch Brian was the mechanic. Could not be more pleased. He kept me informed of the status of getting the part and went the extra mile to get a locksmith to reset the code on my Dodge Ram. I did not catch the name of the lady at the front counter however I was impressed with how professional and efficient she was.
