- ACal charlesApr 24, 20265.0My new-to-me Vehicle was giving me warnings on my dashboard about my electrical system. I was driving home from the keys going to North Carolina and was concerned when it kept popping up. Then my battery light came on as well. I stopped at this location to get my battery, alternator, and starter tested. Kristopher Help me out and was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. I was spazzing out, worried about whether I would be able to get home that night or not.. He hooked up the machine and everything tested good. He then noticed a loose connection near my battery. He said that was probably the issue and he messed with it a little bit and then tightened it down. The battery light went out and I never got another warning. I was so grateful for his help. I even tried to buy him lunch the next day by leaving him a tip and he refused it. He just really went out of his way to help me and made the rest of my trip much easier. AutoZone in general and this location in particular is very fortunate to have Kristopher working there.. I can’t comment anymore highly about him. I hope upper management takes note of this
- GTGood TimesApr 15, 20261.0Service is mostly terrible and be prepared to wait while employees walk around like you are invisible while waiting in line. 4 employees behind the counter today and waited 3-5 minutes then just decided to look online. It is consistently terrible service. Not sure who handles the hiring here but wow.
