  Mark was amazing as he help my mother (Venus) and I replace an electrical battery in my car he brought all his tools out and helped it was about to pour and this man replaced the battery in the pouring rain. He was so kind and sweet and got straight to work at doing it. I thank you so kindly for doing that for me, I really appreciate it.

  I have been buying parts from AutoZone for over 30 years. They carry good parts at good prices. I'm very happy to have one just a few miles away.

  Went there today for battery check and was helped by this Hispanic looking gentleman (didn’t know his name). Asked him to look up the price of a new battery, gave him the made and the year of the car (It’s a hybrid Toyota sienna) he kept saying it’s not hybrid and ask me for the vin number which I had it in my phone (in the Toyota app) he kept saying it’s not it and wanted me to go outside check my windshield for it…Finally we got the price and ready for battery check, he acted very unprofessional and inpatient about it. First, he can’t find the right place so I told him where it is but he wouldn’t believe me and was spoke louder and louder kept saying it’s not the right place…Come on! I just got a jump start today paying $100 for the service how would I be wrong? then he asked where is the battery (it’s in the trunk) and he tried to take off the cap of it but it was not removable so we told him don’t bother doing it (he might end up breaking it) we’re going somewhere else. I just hope that we were helped by someone who was more professional.

  I've been here twice when having car troubles and both times, the staff have shown me exceptional kindness. The first time, I was at the gas station next door and my fuel door wouldn't open when I was almost at E. I drove over and immediately was helped by an employee who helped me open it and gave me tips on how to open it myself until I could get it fixed. The second time, my battery had died and Sidney not only put my new one in for me, but talked me through the process step by step so that I could learn how to do it myself. Sidney spent at least half an hour changing my battery in the heat and never rushed his instruction, showing immense patience and competence when I asked, "what is that?" and "why use that?". Well-stocked with auto parts as well as knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Thank you, Sidney!
