  I just wanted to say that the customer service at this location is top-notch. I went about a month ago to get an oil change. A previous oil change place had left me with my skid plate taken off. They had tried to reattach it but apparently the bolts were snapped they then showed me what I needed to order. I arrived during their grand opening event this past weekend and they were busy but still they were willing to put the skid plate back on now that I have the proper tools and they did so at no charge Jessica and Desiree are totally amazing as well as the young gentleman working there definitely will be back great customer service

  Make a review about Valvoline they were caring helpful and full intelligent on asking questions and preparing us for a quick oil change. They were polite friendly and realpy informative about what is wrong with our truck, the were fast and efficient with ever agreed spin request. They were so personal in a short amount of time made you and your vehicle feel important everyone knew what they were doing and helpful on all questions or requests.

  We've been going to Valvoline for years, from CA to VA, TN and now FL. We were thrilled with the customer service at this location. We will continue to use Valvoline for our car maintenance needs.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Port Charlotte! I used to come to this location when it was Grease Monkey, so when I saw Valvoline had taken over, I decided to give them a try—and I’m so glad I did! It’s a drive thru as well, no need to get out. Jose was awesome! He took the time to explain everything they were doing with my car and made sure I actually understood what was going on and what my car needed. I really appreciated how helpful and informative he was without making me feel pressured. Braden and Xavier worked on my car and did a great job as well. The whole team was friendly, professional, and made the process super easy. I think I found my new go-to place for oil changes! Definitely recommend this crew!
