    Very nice car wash, gets the car really clean. You can even smell the soap as you are going thru! We have used other car washes but Tommy’s seems to be the best!

    Don't go to them unless you want to be charged after canceling your subscription. We had a free trial and decided to use another company so we went to the window and had the employee cancel the subscription. She did not and we were charged almost $50. When we called to speak to them about it we were told because we had access to the app they weren't going to refund it. Which is crazy I might add because we deleted the app when we tought THEIR EMPLOYEE canceled it for us. I will never again recommend or go to them. They are theives!

    There are better carwash around. Wouldn't recommend it. Its okay. Biggest failer, you have to pay 5$ extra to get a towel. Once your wash is complete, vacuum free but not very good. So unless you have towels with you, you'll need to pay 5$ to get 1 towel, and a few wet wipes for interior. I'll stick to ModWash and others carwashes

    Anthony had great customer service and helped me with the mat washers. He was extremely helpful and thorough with every answer he gave me upon any question i asked. I will definitely be returning.

    My son is obsessed with Tommy’s. He’s 6. He has never been until today. He’s only ever seen it on the internet. He knows all the parts and it was so fun to watch him and listen to him go for the first time. He said it was so awesome and it was just like he imagined. We even signed up for a membership for while we are in Florida! There is only one in Ohio and it’s 45 minutes away from us, so we were all excited. The young man we talked to at the cashier window was so awesome and kind and helpful. The receipt says Morgan P. Thank you and we will be back MANY times!
