AI based customer service will let you just pay for service and book appts without checking if they have the parts. They'll refund you and cancel your appt eventually. But how valuable is your time?

Very efficient service. Easy to navigate booking online. Interface with my insurance company was seamless. Tiny problem corrected next day. Highly recommended.
The tech was professional and efficient, the time window is rather large , so have the free time available. The tech was pleasant and friendly, performed his job well, renewed my windshield, a victim of a rock bash on 75.
My windshield looks almost as good as new, and the service was done in about 25 minutes at my home. Easy peasy! I highly recommend Safelite, now if I could only get rid of the earworm from their ads! 🙂 Bonus-he replaced the wipers!

Had issues, I thought Safelite had a lifetime warranty on repairs? if you have a vehicle that uses cameras and Lane assist make sure you report the problem within 30 days if not, even if the dealership says that Safelite was the one who didn’t recalibrate the system correctly they are not willing to do anything to make it right or help cover the repair cost if it’s been longer than 30 days. The manager at the shop that I talked to was very dismissive of the situation. I guess from now on, we’ll use a different glass repair service even though we’ve been using Safelite for the last 15.
Update so after a negative review now all the sudden you want to look at it further. That should have been offered the first time! Car was already repaid by the dealership, dealership already pulled codes from the car computer saying it was calibrated incorrectly when Safelite did the work. If you need my address to send the $488 it cost me to repair it. Let me know.
