  This company is extremely buttoned up. I have been in my request. I was contacted via text and telephone. The technician was punctual very thorough in his explanation of the process. The installation was done without a hitch.. Highly recommend

  Worst location I have been involved with in my 59 years. USAA uses Safelite, so I have as well for a long time. This location has convinced me that not everything lasts forever. The assistant manager's disrespect when talking to a customer is unacceptable.There are plenty of glass places and this one will no longer be recommended by me. Repair 90% done Friday. No eta of completion but I've been billed 500$ and sent completion emails and surveys. When contacting the office, I was told I was calling too soon, wait until Monday, and then hung up on. Guess it's too hard to tell a customer when they will get what they paid for. How would you feel? I cannot recommend this location.

  Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. The staff was courteous but it took several weeks to get my windshield replaced. Numerous appointments with no ability to calibrate the windshield. No show by a technician. Brought the wrong part. No way to talk to the office.

  Great job replacing windshield. The tech that came to my home warned me that sometimes the smallest ding in the glass might cause it to crack even worse. That is what happened but he took care of everything including scheduling a new windshield replacement at no cost.

  First quote was $211 and an at home service. Out of pocket repair.The night before the appointment the technician called to tell me they could only do the job at their facility and they did not guarntee no damage to the side moldings on the car (2007 Chrysler Crossfire LTD Roadster). I removed the moldings myself and went to their facility the next day. They did get started right away and were finished in a little over an hour, glass install was perfect. The bill came it was $268. Nearly 30% more due to window glass recycling, and other fees that was not disclosed. When I asked for a discount for the inconvience and the molding removal I had done, they offered me $10. Marginal customer expierence.
