  1st & last visit here. Front desk man with long hair& facial hair will make you feel like a retard for asking if you're getting a two or four wheel alignment, keeps telling you that he is not a mechanic. Then proceeds to go talk about you to the actual mechanic, who was actually very nice to answer my 3 questions.

  I got a flat tire in Port Charlotte driving towards home to cape coral, looked up tire shops and Mavis tires popped up less than a mile away! I went in looking to get my tire plugged, expecting to have to wait awhile, but I was greeted by William quickly and he had me in the shop in minutes! Amazing customer service, quick in and out! Highly recommend Mavis, quick and honest, that rare to come by anymore!

  I had a puncture in my tire that needed repair. I was able to go online and make an immediate appointment for that morning. My car was serviced within 10 minutes and the repair was done quickly and correctly. Villim, the manager at hand, was very pleasant and kind. I absolutely recommend Mavis. Thank you!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mike and Will at Mavis Tire have been amazing! They have gone above and beyond to help me not once, but twice, and I am so thankful for their kindness and excellent customer service. Mavis is lucky to have employees like them, and I highly recommend them!

Mike took care of me right away and had my tire repaired quickly and professionally. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping customers. The waiting room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the short wait even more pleasant. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and there were no surprises—just honest, efficient service. It’s hard to find businesses these days that combine speed, professionalism, and outstanding customer service as well as this team does.
