  Outstanding service from start to finish! The crew here truly goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I brought my car in for routine maintenance and brake service, and the level of professionalism from everyone in the shop was top-notch. They got right to work, kept me updated throughout the process, and had my vehicle ready right on schedule. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but the honesty, expertise, and dedication of this team make it an easy choice. Huge shoutout to the guys in the shop for delivering such a seamless and hassle-free experience. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else!

  I cannot recommend this Mavis Tires & Brakes location enough! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and completely transparent about the work my vehicle needed. I brought my car in for suspension and alignment work, and the technicians handled everything with incredible precision and care. They took the time to explain the diagnostic findings clearly without any high-pressure sales tactics, which is rare to find these days. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and when I got behind the wheel, the difference was night and day—the ride is smoother and drives completely straight.

  Review was removed but will continue to put back until it is clear that this place is awful. I had a 2006 Chevy impala with an oil pan leak. Went to have them replace seals to oil change and simple ins and outs. The work was paid for and left. Learned the hard way to check folks work. Nothing was done. Not even an oil change. Pan continued to leak until it went try and blew. My fault for not checking their work but also poor integrity to not do a thing. I had the motor pulled and replaced, the tear down of the old motor showed no signs of any maintenance being done. With the car being worth very little and not having any help from this location nor corporate I was left to replace it myself. I wouldn’t give this place a lil tikes car to work on. An absolute joke of a shop and hope no one has that kind of experience. I can thank you though because you have done nothing but make me learn the trade on my own and work on my own cars. I have learned so much. So thank you for the inspiration due to such terrible service.

  We've been taking our vehicles here for the past few years for basic service needs. There are a couple of young men in the shop that have been exceptional in taking time to come out and discuss what they've done, and what things they see that could use attention soon. If you need a regular maintenance location, this is a nice place to go. Dylan and Logan have done well with my alignments rotations and oil changes. My Car fax history thanks you as well.

  Dan was at the North Port location yesterday where I went this time. I have purchased tires for years from Tire Kingdom, now Mavis. If you're looking for service as well as great pricing check them out and ask for him.
