  I’d like to take a moment to recognize John and his staff at Mavis Tire for the effort they put into helping me resolve an issue with my account. Unfortunately, my account had accumulated quite a bit of incorrect and incomplete information over the years from previous visits, including inaccurate mileage and unclear records regarding my road hazard coverage. This made the situation confusing and difficult to sort out. John took the time to actually look into everything instead of just telling me there was nothing he could do. He went through the history, worked through the discrepancies, and made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the patience and effort he and his staff showed. Thank you, John, for taking the time to help and for making sure I was taken care of. It was a frustrating situation, but your willingness to work through it made all the difference.

  Stopped in because one tire was low. William was super helpful and willing to help however he could. I opted for new tires as tread was nearly gone and didn’t feel safe. He aired up my tire so I could go home and get back for my same day appointment. John called to confirm my appointment and made sure the tires I’d ordered were ready. I pulled in 2pm Jon got me right in. They also showed me my air filter (that I had held off replacing) so they got that done and an oil change (thank you Jon!). Cody was my mechanic and did a great job getting the work done and getting me out the door in a reasonable time. I am very happy with the work done on same day short notice no less! Friendly, affordable and accommodating!

  On the way home from taking my son to school, I got a nail in my tire. Called Mavis and they got me in immediately! The staff continued to come out and let me know whether it was patchable or not. Amazing customer service!!! Saved me in a big pinch.
