  I took my 2009 BMW 5 series with 169K miles on it to Matic's in February... there were sooo many things that needed repairing. They did a thorough diagnostic of the issues and reported them out in an online portal along with the cost of the fix. Marecia was always responsive and transparent with the updates. Much care was taken in selecting the after market parts needed. They warrantied their work and have continued to follow up since the service to make sure everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend!

  Fantastic and fast work!! Great experience and customer service. They keep you updated and informed on everything. Definitely recommend if you are needed maintenance or repair on your vehicle!!

  Marceia was the young lady I had been communicating with, and she provided excellent customer service. She explained everything thoroughly, kept me informed, and made sure I innerstood the services being recommended. I truly appreciated her professionalism and patience throughout the entire process.

  After having a New Battery installed at another Auto Repair Shop, they informed me that I would need to have the BMW's Computer reset to Match my Battery, and they did NOT have the Equipment to perform the Procedure ! I was told by a Mechanic in the shop that Matics Garage in Port Charlotte was Very good, and Reasonable, Best advice I Got in a Long Time, They were GREAT ! From Start to Finish, it was a Pleasurable experience, Marissa was Very Pleasant and was Very Knowledgeable and Her Uncle explained the procedure in a manner I could Understand. Will Definitely be going back for Future work !
