  Dustin always gets ya taken care of. The staff is always friendly, and honest, They did a ton of work on both of our vehicles recently and we couldn't be more pleased.

  Be carful if they change your oil filter. Grease monkey was the last ppl that changed my oil and oil filter. when I took it to another shop for new oil they had told me the oil filter was tightened way to much and was stuck on. After an hour they were finally able to get it off and now had to pay extra for that one hour of labor. Just be cautious

  Complete rip-off and a Lazy Staff person. First time there - and I won’t be back. I was asked if “Mobile” oil was ok. “Sure” knowing it’s a respected brand. Time to pay, less than 10 minutes later: $125+! Wow - I asked what kind of oil. He told me “full synthetic” , which I did not ask for. (Knowing full way that Mobile makes about 50 different kinds of oil - not ONLY full synthetic). Got in the car, low tire pressure light is still on. Looked at receipt: Tire Pressure - Not Checked, Wipers - Not Checked, Brakes Fluid - Not Checked. Everything except Oil Change - Not Checked. I asked if he checked the Tire Pressure. His first response was “Our computer is messed up, that’s why everything says Not Checked”. Really? Then he pulled the car back in, checked the tire pressures, Low Pressure lights went off. He couldn’t even take the old oil change sticker, on the inside corner of the windshield, off. The Grease Monkey sticker was next to it. Took me 4 seconds to remove the previous one. Very poor. I won’t EVER visit or recommend ANY Grease Monkey location because of this terrible experience.

  I want to thank Dustin for his outstanding service,and concern for my issues,came out on a Sunday afternoon with storms in the area,diagnosed problem with oil plug was not properly tightened! Had Parasdise towing come out and tow me to Take Five,where problem originated.Paradise towing also very prompt,also on Sunday.Definitly Stand Up guys.
