  I called into this location out of desperation after the Fort Myers location informed me a day & a half before my reservation that they would not have my trucks I needed for a move. Eric was second to none in customer service. He helped me find the two trucks I needed throughout SWFL & followed up with me consistently to keep me updated on his progress. I can’t thank him enough for stepping up where the other location fell short. I hope his Manager sees this because he’s an awesome part of their team. Thank you again sir.

  I needed a truck for a day and made the reservation the night before. I was able to come in first thing in the morning and pick it up. The staff was very helpful and let me borrow some ratchet straps when I needed them last minute. I would highly recommend renting a truck from them. There was no hidden fees or surprise charges either. Super happy with my experience
