My seventeen year old daughter went to this location to purchase a lug nut for her car. They sold her the wrong one and when my daughter informed them of this she also asked if they could make sure her other lug nuts on the same tire were tight….. Jenny Hernandez an associate that works at this location was extremely rude in response and said “absolutely not you can go down the road to Firestone and they will help you,” not knowing I was on the phone. Her tone was extremely out of line. First of all, it’s an auto parts store. They help check batteries and install lightbulbs for people. They are usually very helpful in anyway they can be to my knowledge and this is a child. I could see if it was a grown man or even a grown woman, but it’s not it’s a child in there by herself needing help with a loose tire for God sake. So my daughter went to the next auto zone closer to punta gorda and the associate there was named Jeremy. He got her the right lug nut which he informed her there were actually 3 different ones for her make and model car. Jeremy checked her lug nuts all around and was very pleasant! Steer clear of Jenny Hernandez she shouldn’t be working at a parts store with the demeanor that she has. I highly highly highly Do not recommend this autozone location due to this woman
